I agree. You should argue that you're completely readable and obvious town as both alignments. The trick is to get people to think there's a stark difference between your games when there really isn't. I have not yet figured out how to do the second half, so if anyone knows how, I'd like to know.

I think there's a ton of players on the site these days who only care about being town read as town and basically cannibalize their whole scum game to accomplish that.

i have no idea how one would strike that balance. i guess the ideal is a player who you know has a good scumgame but you're pretty is town game. and in this scenario that's good play regardless of what that player's alignment is.

You shouldnt think about sets of games when you play, just play the current game to win.

I think there is a trend of people playing to the concept of getting townread as town is a subgoal that should always be doable and then they roll scum and don't care about getting townread in the same way and it's kind of a apathetic fractional trust tell yeah.

I always care more about getting townread as scum because I think it matters more for wincon.

i care about getting townread as both alignments, as town it's so i don't become a miselim/forced to claim as a PR. but i know i go about it differently.
