Nope there’s a strong man or other shenanigans going on.
I thought about whether a strong man inversion occurred from the movie where they had to invert time ona lady that got shot with an inverted bullet because it was less painful or something so thought it might be Annie, but they really seemed fine.
So I started wondering if HP was baiting me into revealing myself tbh.

If a doctor and a watcher target each other, they are essentially unkillable (watcher can't be killed, whoever gets the doctor is caught out)
Beyond that, both of them targetting within this side is really strong
It's a typically not seen combo in games
Note how gamma is a 1-shot bodyguard and can't act in the same timeline as the watcher

My guess: You softed doc, then later decided against that claim, thinking nobody had seen the claim, so killed Imperium. Then later, they reveal that they've seen your softs and you have to out as doctor
