I really don't think G8 is scum; what are your reads like on that duo atm?

I still feel like L5’s self-centered approach pre-replacement was rather scummy, and I was suspecting her early content as well. G8 has like nothing to work with but from what I remember they’ve honestly seemed somewhat genuine as a whole.

I honestly don’t think I would mind seeing L9 go but I feel like the holistic, if I am using that word right, approach currently for me is the G8/L5 pairing.

if this closes in on deadline i vote g8/l5 for the probability of scum!l5

biggest issues with her so far
- pred doesn't like her
- her popins around the l6/g3 leave were like intensely wolfy
- she's holistically ignored my shitting up the thread asking for input in a p similar way to l9
- i really have no idea what her solve is

she feels content but doesn't feel like she's pushing a solve :shrug: this feels consistent with scum mindset in a lylo which might time out

how many lynches can we pull off? we'd kinda need to rely on g2 + g8 leaving and like... :c

Is there a reason G8/L5 cannot be a double scum pair? You seem to be ignoring that possibility so I want to figure out if that is just an oversight or something, or if I am missing something there.

If the last pair is double scum we cannot rely on them leaving so we have to vote them out. If that’s not the case technically we can have the town half leave the and force the scum half to exit with them, but relying on that tends to create a lot of going rogue I feel.

The scumteam is Gentleman 8 and Lady 2.

I will leave right now if you promise me you won't leave the dance or vote for your own pairing.

If you need any more proof that Lady 2 is scum, then all you need to do is look at how the last Lady 2 acted throughout the last day.

She specifically pushed for you to leave the dance immediately because she has no way of winning otherwise, because if I leave the dance, her pairing always has to be flipped. I made that very clear when I told her that was a condition upon me leaving.

This Lady 2 grasped at straws in order to diminish my influence so that you wouldn't take any stock in this. Why? Because she needs your pair flipped in order to win.

It's obvious when you really look at it, and I'm willing to bank the entire game on this solve.

If the scumteam is just G1+L2, then we just lose, I guess.

I can see this being the case after seeing G1's popin again.

In the case of a G1+L2 scumteam, I can just blame G8 for never being here to town up properly.

This leaves no room for redress if L9 is scum. This deal is bogus, and I would not take it in G2’s position.

And L2 was also pretty confident about L9 being scum, which I definitely feel L9 earned. While I did not particularly like the fact L2 made a demand like that I do not think it is as condemning as you seem to.

If this pairing is the TvT pairing, then I really don't think this game was ever winnable in the first place.

i'm still kinda just... in shrug mode you wouldn't just engage with me at face value...? but i'm happy to wait for these flips. like if this was the t/t pair and it's l9/g1 then g8 has been really unfairly scumbinned this phase
