I started playing League again a bit. I guess you could say I am the best Twisted Fate in Silver. Kappa.

(But no seriously, TF has like, 2 abilities. If you aren't blind to the map, how is he seen as a hard champ lol, he's so fun.)

he's just level 7 right now. I was house sitting a few weekends ago and put it on his computer and he tried it out.

He's always been a big gamer (he did semi-competitive WoW raiding for many years), but still... this was unexpected. He's 60.

I mean I completely agree. But he's been doing bots, so I don't think he has fully experienced the frustration he will soon feel.

I've only played the coca-cola to you guys' pepsi, but I'm going to have to voice my opinion that your dad friending you on League is pretty funny. Maybe you can party with him and help him gain MMR.

Because pick a card is hard, hence why you hear terms like Brown card TF (cause they only pull shit).

The amount of times i've had a TF pick a Blue/Red card when we need a Gold (even just while having a gank setup for them and no pressure at all) is just ridiculous.

Picka card isn't hard unless your the type of player who makes panic decisions or has alot of inconsistent lag. I'd say his positioning is way harder than most, especially if you don't take ghost flash and run all over the place.

^That's what I do haha. People are always like... WTH, why are you taking ghost and flash? Take ignite... etc etc.
I much prefer the safety of having double mobility spells late game. It always lets me do so much more damage in the long run, especially with all of the juggernauts running around scaring me haha

Depends on the mage, but yeah, if you're getting flamed for taking ghost on TF, the people flaming you are dumb.

Really, I haven't really struggled with pick a card. If anything, I nail yellow when I actually need blue for farming lol. You just focus I guess, and memorize what card comes after what.

So, who exactly should be picking up Titanic Hydra over Ravenous Hydra?

Most people who will be building a lot of health as opposed to assasins. Previously you might see bruisers (Renekton, Garen, Etc.) Getting ravenous hydra for damage. iMO the new hydra is better for them now because they still get a decent chunk of damage, while not having to sacrifice their tankiness.
Tl;dr: bruisers who will get health items

I find it so awkward. Do you build tiamat at the start of the game or later or what? like youre stuck building damage at the start or awkwardly at the end of the game

Actually, would it synergize well with Cinderhulk? Cuz I'm imagining a jungler like Volibear going Cinderhulk>Titanic>Righteous>Visage>Wits/Nashors or something (Unless Devourer fits Volibear better? Well, maybe Titanic would still fit since Voli does well with health, I think)

Basically Titanic is just a replacement hydra for when your going to have a tanky build anyway, pick it if your actual aim is to scale your health, and buy it when you'd normally get a hydra.

Would that make it a good pick for someone like Naut, then, I wonder? Or would his W and E be good enough clear...although I think the passive would allow for better damage once he comes in.

If your lacking clear and want a damage item on Naut, IBG is probably more worth thinking about then Titanic Hydra (and even then i think IBG is technically suboptimal on naut, even though i enjoy building it on him).

Think more your 1 damage item top laners, maybe even the 2 damage item top laners, and replace in the Titanic for the Trinity force (i think most 2 item's are BotRK and TF, and Titanic basically has a sheen proc on it's passive permanently.)

You scale off AP, your the tank and going to be in the middle of the fight giving your Aura, and it's cheaper for only 10 less magic resist.
