I think that 1 and 3 might be covered by the same kind of update, maybe. If she can trade back at the enemy without having to go all-in, she'd be able to do stuff without being in the team and might be able to manage against poke.
But, she's meant to be an all-in kind of champ so I doubt that'd happen. 2 would be my bet for shoring up at some point.

I've tried it in silverish level and you have huge mana problems early on if you want to actually trade.

I don't know, who besides Thresh reliably knocks Leona out of Zenith? It just stops Leona from being super-countered by one of the most popular supports. It makes her a lot better in that one specific matchup, but I don't think it really makes her oppressive in other matches. It'd just make her less annoying to pick blind because Thresh is such an outlier counter for her. The only counter on that level is Morg but she can only shield one or the other so you can play around it, whereas Thresh can literally just hard-deny any Zenith from landing because it targets Leona and not the person she's attacking. It's just dumb.
The big problem with top-Vi is that you need to DAMAGE with an ability to get a blast shield. If you want a shield against a ranged thing, you basically need to manipulate the wave to try to hit the enemy at max range. I think the only way top-Vi can really make a comeback is if they nerf Blast Shield and buff some other part of her kit. It's just so much easier for Jungle Vi to use blast shield efficiently (and you always get the excessive force reset!) and Denting Blows is such a good ability against monsters. Any Vi buff would have to not help her jungle or else it just wouldn't fly.

Janna, Braum, and Alistar are all people who can do it that isn't Thresh (although Braum has to ult to do it).
EDIT: Zyra can do it, but only on her ult AND only if she predicts it.

Yup. It only works with displacements, as far as I'm aware. That's why Braum can do it, but only if he ults.

Last night I had 3 afks in a row. I'm not stomping around about ELO HELL or anything like that, just sayin' that night SUCKED.
On the plus side I laned well in every game, considering. Decided to start playing carry top laners more because my tanks just aren't dragging my teeam through anymore.

First game of the day. Fourth afk in a row but this guy was actually "lagging" and went 0/6 in the first ten minutes.
I'm now demoted. From 66-ish LP to demoted in four games with AFKs and feeders.

Second game. Soraka recalled while we did baron, then stood in base and danced while we got slaughtered in a 4v5. Our volibear immediately quit after that.
That's five in a row. Statistics are starting to hurt.
