Pasch is voting me first, nhammen doesn't seem to have a clue, i vote city goes first myself.

Jason should go first. Then Cheery. Then me.

Well my reasoning for you going first isn't actually any good, I was expecting someone to have gained more votes overall that what everyone had and thought it would point as to who should go first, but you don't necessary need to go first.
I do probably still need to reread the whole thread today, I feel the scum are playing a fairly safe game seeing as day 1 I had the choice of hammering two townies.

I'm game for whoever. If we're going scumreads first right now I'd say between Herr, Jason, and City.

Jason seems to be the general consensus. Before we start, I was thinking if there's a doc, they should claim VT if no PR claims before them. If we ONLY have a doc (doubtful I know) I don't like the possibility of a CC Which could result in a mislynch and the death of the doc.

Am I thinking too hard?

The doc's claim will include the two people that were saved, who will be confirmed as town. The doc's claim is the most important one. A JK somewhat less so, since there's no guarantee that their targets are town, but at least the JK's targets will be worthy of scrutiny.

Unless he saved the same person twice. This is a newbie game, remember.

Lying about claims is probably a bad idea. There are very few occasions that it can be useful, and this probably isn't one.

Also, I should state that when people claim, they should claim their role, their targets, and . Many people do not claim that last part, but it is important as well.

There's a 20% chance we only have a doc.

While I can see some benefits to having the doc wait before they truthclaim, I'd rather see them claim factually when it is their turn.

I don't think we should be lynching any power role claims today, though anything could result in a mislynch.

I'm okay with either but like I said earlier I prefer Jason.

I want Pasch to go first because of a few comments I saw from Jason during my iso read. There are certain ways that new players act that in my experience tend to indicate newbtown. I have seen a few of these type of comments from Jason on voting that suggest he is town, but I have also seen scummy behavior. This causes me to be undecided. However, the scummy behavior is believable as bad play. Thus, out of my two nullreads, I am slightly (and only just) more convinced that Pasch is scum than Jason.

Also, yes, I did intentionally not mention what the tells are. But I guess I should say something on the subject. I'll just say that given my own uncertainty about the game, some of Jason's comments about being uncertain who to vote for are quite believable, especially coming from a new player,

I vote for Pasch first, because that small gut feeling from the beginning is growing stronger, now that ewo's flipped town (PoE, basically).

Here's a little vote count on who we want to go first:
Pasch: 2
Jason: 2
Those who haven't voted yet: Jason, Dog and Pasch.

pasch normally you claim everything straight up, it means that you can't just attack your CC with the info (mafia claims doc and then gets CC'd meaning he can change his "protects" to make it so he hasn't protected the CC doc)
