Then it only makes sense for like...a Thesp/Jake combination. i don't see anyone else being able to make Jake do the kill.

I don't think it's a Thesp/Jake scumteam. Thesp almost got Jake speedlynched Day 1 and I don't see why scum would run their buddy up to a claim.

Hmm, maybe Jake thought he'd be fine since he claimed? idk. maybe he didn't think about it too much, probably most likely.

It would make sense why he made the kill, but I don't think he can be partners with Thesp.

Mhm. I thought so too. But the way he reacted to Boon's claim didn't seem scummy. Of course he could be faking it.

God, I don't know.

I think his reaction sounds townish as well, but unless someone CC's Boon, Jake dies.

^Admittedly, Jake's posting has sounded town, but that's the same reason I didn't catch him immediately in House Party. His posting there ALSO sounded town by tone, and I think that's his strength as a player. (Now that I think about it, it wasn't his arguments but his tone that made me hesitate to scumread him in The Fall.) Sounding town. But his posting, well...it isn't really doing anything town, and though this read is essentially only nullscum, it's (sadly) my strongest scumread right now. :/

Granted, Jake was town in that game. But I'm pretty sure Mastin was insinuating Jake was scum in House Party. So I don't feel inclined to let myself be swayed because Jake's posts "sound town" because a lot of competent scum players can make town sounding posts.

Also, I find it hard to believe that Boon, as scum, would feel inclined to fake-claim an investigative role to mislynch a Vanilla Townie.

Fuck, fuck fuck. fuck.

You know what? I looked at the setup and you'd have to be stupid to fakeclaim Tracker.

And if this is a Jake/Boon epic gambit of epic proportions then idek man. I'd cry.

pedit -- I see this now.

?

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me unless you think the investigative PR isn't outing himself.

From Gottem's reaction, I believe he's the scum partner now. Didn't really want to bring attention to it yet, but yeah.

yeah, esp since we would either have doctor or 1-shot BP

if we have 1-shot BP i think that they
should
claim actually
if we have a doctor please do not claim
that would be very very bad bad bad

If player A & B are scum and player b isn't around. Player a can tell the mod or bold in the quick topic/ private thread ( whatever is being used) that player b is making the kill

But my posts don't "sound town" they actually are town.

Why would you say this unless you were scum...? I mean, come on man...

The guilty is fake but you know that. It's obvious you are his partner.

P. edit - not really but nobody's going to ignore a tracker guilty claim without a CC and since I don't want anyone to cc, that means I have to be lynched. I'll go punch a wall, say some choice words out loud, maybe send an angry PM to maestro and then find a new game to play.

I don't know anyone who would ignore a guilty, I wouldn't expect people to ignore it either.

I am saying that when I flip town don't let him get out of a lynch tomorrow. No "oops I meant I tracked somebody else " or "oh I was just reaction testing" or even. "I was so sure he was scum I lied , I was wrong my bad "

No excuses he gets lynched tomorrow.

Brian is most likely his partner. Couple things he said don't make sense from a town pov. Him digging up games to try to discredit me also doesn't make sense. He could have just stuck with the "we have a guilty " and not tried so hard.

So let's do it. I'm ok with it

P. edit - cause I HAVE seen town lie. I modded a game where a VT fake claimed cop w/ guilty to lynch his top read so there is a chance you are town , doesn't matter though cause I'm urging people lynch you when I flip town

You talk in a way that seems like you know that Boon is scum. As you should, if Boon is lying - meaning you are VT, you know that Boon is scum. Cause fk him if he's Town and I'm going to honestly assume he's not town AND lying.

> boon if you're lying and you're town pls take it back, i'll still love you.

Anyways, you would be pushing for his lynch, not just being "ok" with us mislynching.

Like, > "no excuses he's getting lynched tmmr"...
he should be lynched today if you know he's lying.

Here's what a paraphrase of what I told maestro btw

" if he is town I'm cursing him out so bad il be banned from newbies

This play makes no sense as a scum move though. "

I really don't see why scum would do this to lynch a VT but regardless of his alignment he needs death tomorrow

Boonskiies wrote:After reading the ISO's, I actually am starting to believe Jake and Gottemer are the scum team. They are being very passive aggressive towards each other in this game, but not full on going at it. Jake wanted a Thesp lynch, and then Gottemer went and sheep'd. Gottemer couldn't stay too buddy buddy with Jake though, now could he? So he votes him!
1) But wait, soon after Gottem voted Jake, he asks about if the day ends as soon as the vote count hits 5.
Yes , yes it does,
2) so he didn't actually want to get Jake lynched, so he hops on board with the current wagon who ended up being town.

Scum...buddies.

Meh.

1) Maybe if you think Jake was coaching Goett in his previous post.
2) That's the strangest "I don't want my partner to get lynched but I'm going to bus him anyways" that I've ever seen. He didn't seem to care much for either Thesp or Jake. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
