Plus if I'm reading this correctly this post says "Titus is scum implies that titus is nominated", and titus is in fact nominated.

No i'm saying that if Titus was scum then that means she'd have nominated herself this round, so my question is. Why would she do that if she were scum? Open-wolfing is a possibility that's true, but is it worth the risk? That's what i'm wondering. Is it normal for scum to nominate themselves? I haven't read any earlier games so i don't really know what the meta is.
