it depends, i could probably do all of those? i am a little baby when it comes to spice sometimes but i have been trying to eat more of it. sometimes thicker textures weird me out a bit but generally it's not often an an issue.

noodle texture could be anything tbh and it wouldn't bother me.

that's actually one of the easiest dishes to make ^_^

the trick is to cook the bone broth for a really long time. I can visit you in the winter and it will be a perfect treat to eat while watching snow fall outside.
