Deadline is not going to help matters, they should have waited for Fidget to speak at least.
I'm not clear who the last scum is still, but I'm guessing from skimming this thread they are in a good position to win.
Will be very, very annoyed with myself if it is Noraa, not bothered at all if it is Bell (I would never have caught him) and :/ if it is Pooky/MC.

fortunately fidget does have a vote on one of the remaining players
so scum do not get to choose if fidget does not show up

Scum took very little risk assuming Noraa!scum. LLD had already backed off Noraa and reset. She'd been wrong on hopkirk, too. There was no greater chance she was going to scroll Noraa than anyone else on her scumlist at that point and she'd (LLD) have to die sooner or later. Leaving LLD alive for any length of time was untenable; what if she came back and started eating scum again? Clearing Noraa based off this was, at best, wifom-y nonsense.

Yep, that's what I'm expecting.

Very frustrated if so, I had been worried about Noraa/shelly since the end of day 1. When the rest of the thread started town reading her I talked myself into thinking I was paranoid and left it at the back of my mind. Then after DGB/Titus went I figured we would blitz through PoE and if it got to a final five I could just shoot her and that would be that, so there was no need to worry too much about it. Lazy, lazy autopilot from me.

Would've been an easy path and even left a scroll pass spare if needed, but I failed to consider the risk that town might want to kill me before f5!

Hopefully Bell can still turn it around.

Also @MUSH - I appreciate the compliment you gave me a few pages back, not least because I think you're a fantastic player yourself. Not only do you have good reads but I really respect and enjoy the way you tackle the game. Was great to be in another game with you.

Honestly, I was expecting you to coast. I was pushing so hard for you to make it to the end.

Fortunately, Noraa is starting to lose the plot without guidance, claiming to suspect Bell. That's a losing strategy, Bell would have been the hard early game bus -- once Fred flipped and the talk of IC players started, that's when you start to see scum bussing hard to support their early winners in that matchup. I expect win/loss comes to a coinflip on the final toss, but if Noraa continues to be erratic the chances certainly increase.

From my reading, it was your sacrificial Noraa push that evened the odds there in the first place.

Gloria, if I have tips for the future, it's that you are easy to manipulate emotionally. I did it to get reads calibrated during my reign of cursed scroll power, you got tilted by the Flea dustup and I think it's very possible your emotions affected your Noraa townread. You need to be very willing to discard your reads late game, because while your emotional play and charismatic nature make you a huge asset in the early game, you aren't willing enough to garbage your townreads when it comes to town cannibalism.

Don't get me wrong here. You are a POWERFUL player: you can push wagons to completion, you can defend your townreads to the hilt... but the conviction you show in doing those things means one single failure is locked in as everyone else's default view of you. Most people are more willing to forgive mistakes in hesitancy than mistakes in conviction. You need to keep that in mind.

Also, basic rule: if town's eating itself, there's a reason, and continuing to do the same thing will lose the game. Scum will bank on you hitting LHF and sit pretty in the top end of the townbloc. This is the flaw in your play, and it's why I set you up to die quickly after POE ran out. Unfortunately, town forced you to take IMO the strongest player in this gamestate out with you.

Yeah, if only I’d known. And from reading the thread it looks like Pooky will make the same mistake. Since I hard tr everyone left, I wouldn’t be so quick to take out MC and Fidget also strongly tr Noraa. It think it should be beyond obvious that Pooky is town now. Peehaps, MC asking for the scroll might convince him, he’s wrong? If Fidget gives the scroll to Pooky, it’s definitely game over. Since Bell hard tr MC, maybe he can get through to him? I obviously should have scrolled Pooky but my scroll was based on townlocking Noraa unfortunately. Now I know why she wanted me and Pooky in her f3.

However, Pooky obvtowned and Fidget seemed townier than Owno and because we were all fooled by Noraa, he looked the worst. I think if he hadn’t pushed the scum!Noraa thing so hard, I might have scrolled Fidget. Also he was the most adverse to being scrolled. I think we lose unless Pooky sees the light because even if Fidget scrolls MC, he’d still need to scroll Noraa or Noraa slips or something. If Bell and MC figure out it’s Noraa, maybe they can convince Fidget or if Fidget scrolls anyone but Pooky they figure it out? I don’t think Pooky is ever going to scroll Noraa. If MC correctly reads Pooky and can convince Fidget to give him the scroll, that’s probably our best chance. I think if Pooky gets it we lose.

My reads were 100% accurate in this game, I believe it's a personal record for me.

And Tayl0r claimed to be the Noraa reading expert, so I figured her Noraa read was golden, so in the future I will take Taylor’s Noraa read with a huge grain of salt obviously.

Honestly, Gloria, Noraa's playing better than her standard scum game here. Something about her play pinged me as her being town. Major improvement on her part.

Well she obviously fooled Tayl0r. I partially feel bad for her because if people have no clue how to read you, you’re likely to be miselimed early and I honestly don’t think I have any clue how to sort Noraa after this. According to Pooky, she is apparently very scummy as town.

From what I gathered. her previous scum meta was pushing miselims, so she apparently switched up her meta.

she did fool me, although whats strange is that people piggybacked off my weaker townread and started townlocking her. i never challenged it because i thought it was right but i thought they were too confident.
