also I would feel comfortable with upgrading Varsoon but

1. the only 1-shot role that flipped was a scum role. and a 1-shot redirect doesn't really do much in terms of town power and makes more sense as a scum role
2. we all know what happened last time we "cleared" Varsoon in a plan like this

oh and for all you naive people pushing 16-4-1, the math doesn't change with one less scum. we still need to upgrade another person for this to be autowin
