btw the town did end up losing because of the SST neighborhood that he put in to wifom the town so I would like to not lose if we are actually playing with a PR cop with a 3 goon setup due to lol-setup assumptions.

After I'm dead you'll have confirmation that Vax can only be a goon if scum.

But again - if I stepped into a 3 goon squad in a game that's not mountainous, that's probably the one situation where I would replace out not counting being on my deathbed. That's how bad a 3 goon scum team is, in my opinion, in a non-mountainous game.
