people who don't read the patch notes are the worst

Don't think that's it. In items it hardly changed and idk, seems hard to see how an adc with slows has issues with others moving.
As far as I can tell, there were a couple of changes to ashe. She got a new crit that doubled her slow, her passive is no longer called "crit" on the second shot and on, which as far as I can tell only matters for the crit mastery. Her focus is harder to stack and her q is only available with 5 focus but narrower, but otoh is no longer gated by an 18 sec cd, only by how quickly you can get 5 auto's off. Which is nuts. So sure she got a bit harder, but already with the rework her lategame dps got a huge buff, they cranked it up a lot here.
So she gets a 40% AS and 27% overall damage boost (so 78% dps boost total), for 4 seconds, then it's off for as long as it takes you to get 5 auto's in (say a couple of seconds too). That's hypercarry scaling DPS buff in her kit that she should be able to keep up for more than 50% of the time in lategame teamfight.
With that new crit that gives a slow, and the disappearance of the q cd on the cost that you can't activate it anymore with fewer than 5 focus, what's it that I'm missing?

the fact it's not called crit is pretty important given masteries.

well... depends. Otherwise you could cheat your way to some free attackspeed, quite a minor mastery. They removed the cheat part, you still get a named crit (the double slow) so you can use bloodlust. I don't see how that's a major nerf anyway, if it even is one.

it just occurred to me that in those situations where you previously were weighing ninja tabis vs. merc treads, ninja tabis take a fairly big lead now that crit chance has increased fairly significantly across the board.

You can't stack Q with anything beside autos, the double slow is gone off Q, You can't start up Q early and have Q fire off after a shot or 2, Her the frost shot damage no longer counts as a crit, and the slow is less slow
The trade is, her crit's are now normal crits effective, her slow is doubled upon crit, and volley crits. But still.. That's A LOT of shit off Q for not a lot in return.
That being said, I still don't know all the changes as far as the series goes(i haven't looked at any of the items and i just learned that last whisper is 1300), so it might not be as bad as it sounds?

I hadn't seen the slow reduction. Thought that was still on there?
also in return, no more cooldown!
Items is the same for most adc's, I don't think there's any standout ashe item, so that shouldn't matter all that much.

"It's been two days and I know how to play a reworked champion like a god already"
Kog'Maw was NEVER good in solo queue - the changes accentuate that.

Kog is pretty much the epitome of "protect the ADC" comps. If everyone else on the team can both keep the enemy in range and keep Kog alive, he'll shred through anything, but if not he'll be dead as fuck.
Also, I don't really see those changes as a
big
Ashe nerf? I mean, I agree it's a nerf early-mid for becoming a late-game scaler, but it doesn't seem that bad? I haven't played this new Ashe yet, though.

I could be wrong, I haven't played her yet, I'm still getting used to the new season changes, I just feel like she lost A LOT and didn't get much in return. It's technically a tweak, but it reads like a nerf.
@Myko, Q not having a cooldown is a buff, because they made it untriggerable if you don't have it fully stacked. So the cooldown is 6 autos or something.

So question for jungling as i decided to try a couple of customs for my junglers and found something interesting.
Would starting Refillable potion, doing a camp>Buff>Backing to buy your hunters potion>Buff
Would this be optimal for junglers that want to be gank heavy after 3?
Also given the customs i ran, Rek'sai requires a leash unless i fucked my abilitys slightly (executed on red, red on 90 health)

Question tho- against a full ad comp that second game, I went rod, mercury treads, dmp, randuin, frozen heart. What should my last item have been? I ended up getting the ludens thing because I had enough gold to one shot it

I haven't played him yet. I played against him once and his damage after a single item was cut into something like a third. I liked him because he can be a monster in early fights while still scaloing pretty hard and I don't see that being a thing anymore.

If they have tanks, Liandry's, otherwise yeah Ludens isn't a bad go I guess.

could have gone thornmail too - with that much gold vs a full AD comp, nothing can hit you anymore

He's actually very simple but elegantly so. I feel like I 'get' him. And he is tons of fun.
