There is literally a follow the cop built in the setup. If your claim is real, if at ANY POINT IN THE GAME, you decide to check Teacher, scums are forever screwed.

If you do that then me and Dunn can also claim we are invests and this is the easiest town victory ever.

This is just not possible without scum powers.
