@Nacho:
I don't know how much to trust Andy's read of you--Metal Sonic is much more willing to but I'm skeptical.
I think zMuffin hit it on the head when he wrote something along the lines of "If the scum team was all PRs, that'd make town even more powerful" (looked it up, post 4584). If anything, I feel like if scum is nothing but PRs, they'd definitely try to craft a situation where my VC ability wouldn't victimize them. Then again, I suppose the opposite is true (if scum had goons, they'd craft a situation where a Vanilla result would mean Town).
Re-fucking-gardless, you're Vanilla, Nacho.
Even if you are scum
, I'd rather use the day to catch a scum PR than a Scum Goon.

P-EDIT:
@AJ:
Following your PoE (assuming you're town, in some bizarre universe), Trust Fund is a scum (claimed 1-shot Vanilla'izer/VanillaCopConfirmedPR)? If so, what do you make of Trust Fund/BRO's interaction?
I've been skeptical of Trust Fund all game, so this feels like a real tug at me to put my confidence in you (especially since you've been calling me town a lot lately). I can't discern if you're trying to get me off of your back or legitimately do work in scum-hunting, or both.
AJ, I can't really trust you. You're my top scum-read for today, and you're doing things that simultaneously complicate and reinforce my read of you. I'm going to read all of your posts with a grain of salt, but I guess I'm not the only player in this game, so I want you to keep posting, regardless of your alignment.

Ultimately, out of AJ, Desperado, Nacho, and BRO, my priority of lynch is currently
AJ > BRO = Desperado > Nacho.
Nacho's vanilla, and lynching out of the other three players provides good info that informs PoE of the others.

why would a bulletproof be informed of a traitor role?
what is your flavor name and your real name, AJ?

I already fullclaimed today, Nacho. Are you even trying any more?

Walk me through what here says "I know the traitor is on the scum side"

Varsoon, this is a trend and I'm not overly worried. People ALWAYS think this in large games and I have yet to shake it. I'm either ineffective or scummy, or sometimes both, to the rest of the game. I thought I had that beat day 1, but it's slowly crept back on me. This game is different in the fact that you're all questioning my claim. Read people's feelings before and after, their reads on me are ALL on this claim (with the exception of Muffin). I've been honest and that's all I can do about it.

i don't believe this. but even apart from the fact that i cannot think of a scenario where the mod would give you information about a traitor in this game, when you full claimed, you said the following:
In post 4463, Aj The Epic wrote:My role gives good reason for me to believe that a traitor exists in this game.
why, when you full-claimed, did you not mention you were actually told explicitly with no room for error?
nacho wrote:then can we lynch everyone else in that group of three?
yeah, we could. but as i discussed with ghosty a bit earlier, that just leaves you room to kill off the people who are pushing your lynch most strongly, if you're scum.

like, don't get me wrong. i am thinking AJ is virtually confirmed scum here, which is why i talked to ghosty about an AJ lynch instead since it's so fucking hard to get the lynch on you to go through... but i don't think it'll be hard to lynch AJ on any day in this game, and i
do
think it will be fucking hard to lynch you once, say, ghostlin and i die.

It's the only thing that makes sense where a supposed BP is told, in no unequivocal terms, that a Traitor exists in this game. I wast told there was a Traitor in this game. Was anybody else told there was a Traitor in this game? Stinks of something the informed minority might know, but other than that...

Let's try something...

@bork: would you be so kind as to spoiler a role or two in this game to me as well, other than mafia/scum, VT, and what's already flipped? Pretty please :wink:

Because I'm not comfortable with claims. I read the rules before doing so and didn't see anything specific on what was considered infringing.

I'm still not following. It's not like I asked for the information. If you're saying you're questioning why I got extra info, I'm the wrong guy to ask.

I would say that the whole AJ noise is a shit show to get us off Nacho but I know that I can't blame on design what seems to be an issue of competence on AJ's fault.

To answer Nacho's question of him handling the Mala and Rach wagon poorly, I do feel it's a WIFOM argument of little consequence atm. I still don't feel Nacho is a poor lynch. I will support an AJ lynch, but only when Nacho isn't going to happen.

FTL, go ahead and investigate when you can. I will do something else tonight.

I was wondering how long it would take for scum to try and push lynches in the "not confirmed town but not currently the focus" list. Guess that my answer, eh?

In post 4579, BROseidon wrote:Scum having all PRs with a Vanilla cop in play would be, like, shit-tier design, especially given how limited the town-power we have claimed at this point is.

Every town PR claim has been either not particularly implicitly super-powerful (IC), gated in some way (Anti's cop that goes away after 2 innocents, Wayne's 2-shot), or both (FTL's non-consecutive modifier, Mac's neighborizer, Mastin's whole role).

We also have 4 VT flips, and there are probably more VTs in play. No way scum is 5 PRs vs. that. That seems highly implausible.
are you reading the game because im not quite a neighbouriser and have claimed so. my role is pretty powerful but is indeed gated in it's own special way.
