i always prefer just mass claiming to have everything on the table but then i don't think many people have advocated a D1 mass claim in games as much as i have

it's why i've played so erratic. I needed to avoid Night kills. I went after Bulge because I needed a townie who wasn't going to be night killed.

I just think it's the typical "right way" in most cases, but it's not actually the best way in all. It just gives scum extra time because they have to wait individually for every slot.
If people are rushing to claim, scum have to actively avoid posting.
