In my opinion, true role madness requires there be no vanilla town at all, which inherently can't be normal.
It's likely that we have at least two VTs, which I definitely wouldn't consider role madness.

Town specific. There might also be scum protective roles, but I believe there is definitely an above average number of town protective roles.
