I played terribly this game, I admit. I overreacted to Vijay's stupid lie and got myself lynched. And then I accidentally hammered Thor. I'm not confident in Thor town, but I still didn't want him quickhammered.

The votecount showing I would be quickhammered was on the same page as when you voted.
In fact it was 4 posts away from when you voted me.
In fact you read it because you admitted awareness to being at L-1 with 10 votes on you.
I had 9 votes on me.
You voted me twice.

I only read my VC and then was like "Wow. I'm at L-1" and posted. I missed your's right under it, and I was an idiot to do that.

Yeah, I think you are a bad omen for me, Thor. In Chosen Mafia in this game, I have played terribly. Hopefully I won't screw up the other game.

But yeah, I'm an idiot and I know I'm dying tonight. I don't really think any players are incredibly scummy, but Thor is setting off my gut.

Thor, DoomYoshi, and Vijay.
Vijay never provided reasoning and got me lynched.
Thor keeps making me look worse so he will look town if given to the jury or judge.
DoomYoshi is scummy for what everyone else has already said about him. I really having nothing to add on that.

Of course, I don't think all three are scum, but they are scummy.

And TSH has had pretty sound reasoning. I have a townread on him.

Exactly. If there was no role that could discover who the executioner was, then there would be no point in introducing a mechanic where the scum have to choose an executioner in the first place. Thus, the existence of the executioner justifies the existence of TheShadow's role, which makes him town.

Okay, MoS, given that you appear to be "clearing" Shadow based solely on this assumption, let me ask you a purely hypothetical question. , if there were another, and different role that had the ability to determine who the Executioner was in a given night, would this change your attitude about Shadow?

Why didn't you mention them earlier - I don't actually care what your opinion is, I was curious why it was unexpressed.

I didn't feel the need to mention null reads and I wasn't as confident in my Ser and Shadow townreads.

Why such a strong read on TSH? That slot has done basically nothing all game.

Because his posts make sense, his thought process seems genuine, his logic is correct and gut tells me town.

Also, I'm pushing your opinions, because with the intentional leaving out of other reads for vague reasons I'm of the opinion you mentioned a scumbudy in that first assessment of your wagon - I'm trying to figure out the buddy-buddy on TSH and what I think about it as regards his alignment.

What push on me? He called me mod-confirmed scum and flaked. I don't see how TSH can really agree with that push.

This rubs me the wrong way. My way of looking at it is that a lot of people have "made you look worse"—that's why you've been hammered. Why is Thor665 being singled out?

Because he is a defendant. When the jury or judge or whoever is debating whether or not to kill him, they will look at the thread and see, "Oh, he butted heads with scummy Aru, so he's town."

Why are you so sure that he'll be given to the jury or the judge? If he's really "butting heads with scummy Aru" wouldn't it make more sense for the scum to kill him themselves with the Executioner and then put you in front of a hostile Judge or Jury tonight or the next day?
