I don't know, I've played two games with him that I can remember. His scum game was very active, he flaked out of the town game (which you were also in). This seems a lot more like the town Maestro than the scum one.

in the KISS game we played together he went awol too (as scum). he isn't committing and that is what is bugging me but this is alignment neutral for him I think so he is in my unsure pile.
