My interpretation does not influence the meaning.

You could have said 'I was not being serious' if that was indeed the truth instead of trying to back up your argument in the first place. By backing it up you imply it is serious and thus no longer is it acceptable to suggest anything else.

me: your scum reads are probably town
slandaar: you haven't played with me as town before
me: yes i have, in NY142
slandaar: that game was 2 years ago. what happened in it?
me: you argued with town players and got yourself modkilled
slandaar: why are you bringing it up?
me: i was pointing out you're wrong.

i'm not going to explain jokes. they either go over your head or they don't, it doesn't matter to me whether you take them seriously or not.

Okay then. How about we get back to scumhunting. Instead of sitting there doing nothing productive.

What are you talking about? Slandaar and muffin are sorting each other, why are you trying to stop that?

mnemonic was real weak scumread, I can't remember why but I have them listed on the scum side of my notes. was there any interaction with ASP/mnemonic?

What are you trying to avoid coming to light from their conversation? It seems to me you are just trying to derail it because your call for a return to scumhunting isn't backed up with anything from yourself.

It is better to have nothing said than to read through 2 1/2 pages of nonsense.

Vote: mnemonic

That is a scummy way to look at things. Any discussion is good discussion. Its not like they were taking away from a more legitimate line of thinking.

why don't
you
check for yourself? i had the interactions between them as minor town when i first read the thread but when i went back over them i was more null on it.

What else was being discussed that that line of thought was taking away from? None. You can't see how it's possible that someone trying to draw a read of some inconsequential shit from 2 years ago might be relevant? It's taking things from a very small and incomplete sample set and drawing conclusions from it. If you pissed your pants once in third grade would it be right for you to be considered a frequent pants pisser? Would it be fair of your friends to constantly bring it up like it was something that happened on the regular?

If you like your Slandaar vote, why did you butt in and stop him from interacting with someone?

One would think if you really thought Slandaar was scum you'd be interested in obtaining as many scumSland interactions as possible.

i'm not actually drawing any conclusions about slandaar in this game from the discussion, and although i'll always remember slandaar as a pants pisser, i don't
actually
believe it has any bearing on this game.
mnem wrote:As for who is scum, I like the Slaandar vote right now.
do you think slandaar is the only scum left? who else do you think is scum? who would be scum if slandaar is town?

@Muffinman: if there is only one more scum, than it is Slaandar.
If there are two scum, it is probably a Slandaar team with you, due to the nice interaction you guys had. But honestly, that is just a guess. I don't really have anything else since allecxelent didn't do anything. I also like a Slandaar/Formerfish scum team.

it's funny. i don't think you're scum, just really paranoid and really wrong.

who do you think is scum if slandaar is town?

This is actually a strike against mnem, who has been trying his hardest as of late to get himself lynched to no avail.

This is the most antitown thing posted in the game.

Let us recap; D1 ASP is lynched purely on the back of my play therefore I am very clearly town. Why should people think otherwise again?

Who are you Buffy?
Me not getting your omni-townread is the most antitown thing anyone's posted in the game? Man, and I thought I was a narcissist.

"Purely on the back of my play?" Please. Elyse and Kid A did all the hard work on pushing the ASP wagon. You just made long walls of "Elyse is totes right." I don't know why you're playing up your role in the ASP wagon.

I think the interaction above should answer your question.
top of page 14 and i'm not sure why we aren't lynching uberkang for the "2 scum" thing. does that get worked out. alex, fish, BvD maybe, but I have trouble with that one. I hate trying to read hydras especially when they explain their behavior with "well one head thought this and I thought that" kind of shit.
UK's post was the catalyst behind my mnem vote, believe it or not. Also, I seem to recall him saying "two scum remaining" which would imply that he thought there was a 10v3 setup.

I used to hate it when hydras did that too. Then I became one and realized it was kind of an inevitability when you're dealing with two different people. I'll make you a little guide to our opinions, ok? I (Buffy) think the remaining scumteam is likely mnem/Kid A. Drac thinks the remaining scumteam is mnem/Elyse.

Thank god you're here. For a moment I thought I'd have to sift through walls of town v. town blathering.

well, technically it
was
slandaar that got ASP lynched, if you factor in that the response from ASP to Slandaar's post was a catalyst in people being suspicious of ASP. slandaar himself not so much, but i don't think he's scum. the ASP interactions don't look like bussing.

hm. i try not to read too much into a player like mnem saying something like that. if it were any other player, i'd probably agree, but i'm not entirely sure he was playing dumb with that.

Absolutely nonsense. The posting is clearly ridiculous and they have just parked on md today; the weakest player in the game. Yesterday they didn't do anything during ASP lynch I gave them the opportunity to vote fish which they failed to take instead sitting on Kid which is laughable.

Lynch Muffin tomorrow. Hes just being a scumbag constantly trying to discredit me. If you look at his posts from this POV its very obvious.
