Justify two kills per night. We have no claimed vig (I am going to assume that no vig would be unclaimed at the moment as we are likely in lylo and shouldn't be building -2 wagons without damn good reason anyways), so yes. I do sense an obvious losing outcome for myself. There is likely an SK and 1-2 mafia, per the no claimed vig issue, which means that the obvious outcome for town is a loss. Tell me, if there are 2 scum left (which you posit), we are in lylo now. Do you really think that as scum, a loss would be "obvious"? Prior to now, nobody had mentioned an SK. Do you think from an SK standpoint, a loss would be "obvious"?
I'd say the town's pretty well screwed anyways.
