Why do players chicken out when it is their turn to tell their secrets?

It's possible DEB got busy/forgot.In post 4800, Creature wrote:Why do players chicken out when it is their turn to tell their secrets?
Noraa’s going some very recent really serious rl stuff and it’s not my place to elaborate but it’s really bad.In post 4783, Ircher wrote:Also Gloria, is there a reason your slot's activity level has inverted? As in Noraa has barely posted this day phase it seems whereas you are posting a lot.
Nobody has claimed it so they're either a named townie, lying, or scum has the roleIn post 4732, Polar Bear Express wrote:Speaking of, I have never ever heard of Solstice’s role in any game ever, so if true and it seems very unlikely to be a fakeclaim, there obviously has to be an actual supersaint in this game.

Radiant Cowbells made that mistake in a Team Mafia game and scum won that.
Something to keep in mind. Solstice probably should have claimed this earlier.A Super Saint is a Vengeful Townie who only kills the person who placed the hammer vote (they do not get to choose).
That sounds like me and Noraa but reversed. In post 4786, Double the Trouble wrote:PBE it doesn’t really matter what my reads are or how confident i am. Cus Alisae just overrides me if they disagree.

It has implications beyond their alignmentIn post 4811, Ircher wrote:Supersaint Enabler is kinda eh. I mean, it does raise some eyebrows, but I don't think it's really alignment indicative in either direction.

Well, I think she was really enjoying playing with Hectic, so I think she’d probably be genuinely upset not to have him in the game anymore. So I agree with Pooky that it likely wasn’t faked. In post 4791, Solstice wrote:[I am pretty sure FL is doing the majority of the shot-calling. And if the scumteam decided that Pichu needed to die (so maybe a PR or mason read + his hard bus on Bell), then even if Ydrasse didn't want that to happen, it wouldn't matter if they had good enough reasons. and I imagine FL is pretty deliberate with his kills]In post 4787, Polar Bear Express wrote:I don’t understand this. If you think Ydrasse might be scum, then why wouldn’t she have played a role in who got killed?

Hopefully that won’t even happen. Pooky’s right, we should direct our focus to making the best reads.
Did you read the setup? Pooky has to select a pool of mason picks, he isn’t guaranteed to get any of them.
I already answered that.In post 4801, Ircher wrote:In post 4783, Ircher wrote:Also Gloria, is there a reason your slot's activity level has inverted? As in Noraa has barely posted this day phase it seems whereas you are posting a lot.@Polar Bears
weird how i understand this and most of the masonry didn'tIn post 4817, Polar Bear Express wrote:Did you read the setup? Pooky has to select a pool of mason picks, he isn’t guaranteed to get any of them.
I’ve never seen a scum supersaint before but I suppose anything’s possible. I’m not sure I understand the named townie thing though? But yeah if Solstice is telling the truth about their claim and it’s a weird claim to make up, then it wouldn’t make any sense to have a supersaint enabler without a supersaint, so yeah something’s definitely not adding up with the claims. In post 4806, Dunnstral wrote:Nobody has claimed it so they're either a named townie, lying, or scum has the roleIn post 4732, Polar Bear Express wrote:Speaking of, I have never ever heard of Solstice’s role in any game ever, so if true and it seems very unlikely to be a fakeclaim, there obviously has to be an actual supersaint in this game.
Yeah good point. @Solstice, why did you wait on that?In post 4808, Dunnstral wrote:Something to keep in mind. Solstice probably should have claimed this earlier.A Super Saint is a Vengeful Townie who only kills the person who placed the hammer vote (they do not get to choose).
