If I were going to ascribe motive to MeMe, it certainly wouldn't be this. Looking at your posts, I'll say this: your 'emotional' post seems forced. It isn't saying "Oh, we lost a doc, that's no good," it's saying "The opening post made me cry, because it's bad for bad things to happen at Christmastime." Then you took far more offense at MeMe's comment to that effect than seems appropriate, a common response from scum trying to backtrack. Then you make an additional comment about what you've gleaned from the daybreak post, followed by a post suggesting that we should be paying less attention to the daybreak post and more attention to other people's posts. Except that two of your first three posts were comments on the daybreak post, so that seems a bit off. I don't think it's enough for a vote, but I don't blame MeMe for finding it suspicious.

If you vote lurkers in hopes that they'll return to act defensively and to say things they shouldn't say...well, then it certainly looks as though you don't really care whether or not the lurker is pro-town.

Not all lurkers act defensively when voted for non-contribution. Read a few games and you'll see that, quite often, a player being pressured with votes to contribute comes in to say something helpful without getting his/her back up in the process. When someone doesn't do this, it can be interepreted as questionable...but that's not foolproof, either.

Pressuring him is one thing...pressuring him (or anyone) with the goal forcing a claim is only a good thing if he's anti-town...and I, at least, don't know if that's the case. Again, you don't seem to care

side he's on and whether it's a good idea to have him spill information.

So...DoomCow's response made me think of him as a lynch possibility...but Crola's most recent just made me even happier to keep my vote right where it is.
