I don't think anyone here is suspicious if he flips town. Because I'm pretty sure ANYONE would vote for his opponent seeing what has developed here.
oh I guess on my wiki I forgot to edit in the current thread. give me a sec I'll check my browser history and screenshot to prove I knew that this thread was up before it was unlocked
...
Nevermind, last month when I switched from using Google Chrome for my Mafia Playing to using FireFox, I lost the ability to see History in a timeline'd manner. -.-
@Quiliford, holding to that theory, get ready to call yourself scum.
seriously though, endgame, I expect a big freaking thank you from every scum player for giving this to them by majorly screwing myself in the ass.
@Packbat, I never WIFOMed the "I wouldn't be stupid enough to do that" in 1122. I seriously, would never have killed muffinman, if Oversoul had been my partner.
@Quiliford, I didn't know that before game so why does the rule apply to me?
you know, if my opponent would freaking come in and hurry and vote hismelf, he'd win?
we ARE allowed to vote for ourselves or our opponents it seems, the ruels don't rule it out.
I'm half tempted to hammer my opponent so I can quit trying to justify myself to a bunch of people skeptical of my arguments when I volunteered, NOT EVEN KNOWING MY ROLE.
@Pomegranate, I thought I was helping town by not giving the scum the chance to see which of them was most-town-loved.
&Also, I have been told for the past 10 years I have a lack of common sense. you should all seriously take that into account or you'll be smacking yourselves i n the head in a few days.
the funny thing is, I know I am town, and yet I still think I am scummier than my opponent and if I wasn't me, I would vote my opponent. Thats what makes this so god damn embarrassing.
Also when I flip town and you are all ready to kill me for playing bad town, REMEMBER, I ELECTED MYSELF BEFORE I KNEW MY ALIGNMENT!!!!

What are you talking about? I'm talking about WIFOMing
this game
.

It doesn't matter if it applies to you. We have entirely independent reasons to believe you're scum.

I've told you. I told you all WHEN I elected myself too.
Its your fault you don't believe me.
But if we believe you, then how does:
@Pomegranate, I thought I was helping town by not giving the scum the chance to see which of them was most-town-loved.
...make any sense?

also, if you check my wiki revision history, AS OF 11:56 PM on the 7th of August, I changed the status of this game from IN QUEUE to PRE-GAME. three minutes before I got my role PM, I already knew this thread was here.
So THAT is proof that I
COULD HAVE
not that I did, but that I COULD have nominated myself before seeing the role PM. Thread was unlocked between 10:54 and 10:59. I considered the thread Pre-Game at THIS point, http://mafiascum.net/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 8#p3324818. Therefore showing I was refreshing the page rather constantly, I knew it was pre-gamed within FOUR MINUTES after he start pre-gaming it. And updated my wiki to show it.
It is therefore easy to believe I COULD HAVE VIABLY nominated without reading the PM.

I had viable reasons in my mind why it was good to do it as scum or as town. I gave you the town version, because i ended up being town.
I also did it to HAVE FUN, as I have stated twice now. I was laughing my ass off for TEN MINUTES after I posted that no joke.
If you hadn't read your PM yet and therefore didn't know whether you were town or not, why were you volunteering/cutting off discussion in order to help the town?
