If anything, Dean's unvote has convinced me even further -- it seems like pretty blatant pandering to the town (Loo! I'm not scummy! I'm doing exctly what you ask of me!)

I wish I had some brilliant observation that'd finally get some real discussion going, unfortunately I don't. This game's certainly going in true 8bit fashion...

I'm going to have to
Vote: Mathcam
, as I can't see dean's actions being particularly scummy. Still, I applaud his effort as to trying to get something going.

...Now, somebody say something...

...please?....

Is wildhrtcgd posting anywhere? She was pregnant. Possibly replace her?

She *was* pregnant? With all due respect, I suspect that if she's letting the world know about it, the condition persists.

Well, I certainly don't deny that this is a leading candidate, but nonetheless, I've got pick who's scummiest, and for me, he's it.

This seems a little inconsistent. If you think I was just "trying to get something going," and applauded me for that effort, why would you chuck a vote on me because you disagreed with my conclusion?
AndrewS wrote: ...Now, somebody say something...

Like what? Why don't
you
say something? Why don't you propose an alternative theory as to who's scummy?

Math: Since nobody has said anything, I also am throwing a vote to try to get some discussion going. That being said, there is nothing to say unless everyone posts some meaningful things. Still, I will do a reread today, and see if I can glean anything at all...

I dislike your defeatist attitude, and even though I don't think your vote was that suspicious I'd really like this game to start going somewhere.

Unvote, vote DW

It's not a defeatest attitude. I already tried explaining it and the poeple that responded to it said that it made me look more suspicious. If you just want to get the game going why don't we vote wildhrtcdg since she is a no show and replacing her would make the game slow down even more than the snail pace it is already going at. I'm just saying this since the general consensus is that we have to do somthing.

If people didn't like your earlier explanation, why would whining about it instead of trying again grant you any points?

Holy crap I actually forgot about this game. (In music of capcom too and forgot I was in 2 video game games.) Don't know if I'm happy or sad that I missed almost nothing. I'll do a quick reread tonight and post my thoughts then.

I didn't mind your origional vote, nothing really wrong with an early game OMGUS vote, but I just don't believe your later explination. If you vote someone because they voted for you without giving a reason, then that means you're voting for a reason, which is fine; a weak reason, but that's fine on day 1. But then he said he was keeping his vote for you BECAUSE of that, and you backed down, unvoted, and tried to make it sound like your origional vote was "not serious". To me, that sounds like you're backtracking and perhaps being dishonest about your motivations in order to avoid a confrontation with Thok, and I think that's a scumtell.

My original vote was just off the cuff and had no thought or reason behind it. I made it kind of in the spirit of the joking and gooffing of that was going on. I took it off because I was trying to be honest and to show that the vote wasn't serious. In hindsight is was pretty scumie. My vote crying about no one listening was out of frustration. Frustration because of the bandwagon on me, that I felt was out of place, and in general over the flow of this game. I also understand that going after Wildhrtcgd was a pretty scumie thing too. But i did it because this game needs to move on to anouther night phase already.

In response to who is scumie, I have to go with Mathcam. After being called out as luking he comes back and starts agresivly coming after the only person that seems to already have suspicion on them. He if, anything has been more vocal about my lynch than anyone else, and the real person that started to get steam going for it. Imediately after starting this campaign, AndrewS even spoke up and said that this wagon was founded in poor reasoning. It just seems like he wants me lynched, because I'm convient and rather inept at defending myself.

*sigh*

I find this a pretty plausible explanation, and am only not unvoting you because I have absolutely nothing better to go on.

I have asked to be replaced here.

My new found playstyle basically requires me to be super uber mega active in all my games. Problem is I'm in far too many games atm, and while it's possible to keep up in my current situation of being home sick, life will eventually return to normal and I will no longer be able to keep up.

I'm giving up this game because, frankly, it's really boring thus far. Call me selfish, but I don't think I have the time or the experience needed to deal with the responsibility of keeping this game alive.

I'm likely to stay active 'till around next Tuesday, just letting you guys know in advance so you won't be devastated by my sudden lose. I'm honestly sorry.
