That wasn't why I was voting tn, Mirhawk.
It was the quote I posted when I answered RC.

You didn't have to prompt me; I was in the middle of writing the response when you posted.
Okay, fair enough on the first accusation of question-dodging; I didn't look at the time stamps. However, you still ignored my quoted part of my post. So let's try this again: Salamence made a serious vote on Mirhawk. Do you understand Salamence's reasoning behind it? If so, what do you understand it to be?

Why would it not be a serious question based on your actions? And miller would be a terrible claim for who? I recall there was a time where the accepted play for a miller was to claim in the first post; is this no longer true?

I don't want to get too focused on bookitty cos I will tunnel and nats will atest to how they can get, but I will point out my vote is being invigorated with renewed justification after bookitty seemed to commit to somethig off her own back which I looked forward to hearing about but then completely dropped it to sheep Salamence.
I may request a meta justification occasionally from those of you who know eachother, because I am havin to play this a little too cold for my liking knowing only two or three of you in terms of a shared game or more.
Looking over the rest I thought Salamence seemed fishy with the miller claim but it seemed to be a ghit which I do love to see, but I'm not entirely sold on this mirhawk wagon. Someone may need to break down the case, but it grew fairly quickly. I thought more votes had gone down than actually are there though so maybe I misremembered it.
Early play from red coyote I'm liking, probing players but I have seen nothing leading or anything that seems to contain an agenda.
Beyond that, I am skimming a bit so apologies. Natirasha, I'm gonna reach out to you now and ask for your views on early game. Dot want you hiding away there, even in the early stages.

I am not very familiar with millers so I wouldn't know what the accepted play is, but it seems to me that claiming miller is pretty much a guaranteed mislynch as town generally can't take the chance that you're scum fakeclaiming, whereas if you keep it to yourself it might never come up basically making you a VT with a bit of a disadvantage. It comes to being either a guaranteed mislynch or a possible one.
As for why I asked if it was a serious question. If I had thought Sal was scum I would have voted him, I did not so I didn't.

So instead you made TWO joke posts implying Sal was scum with no indication that they were jokes?

They were a little deadpan I admit, but I think its still fairly obvious I wasn't making a serious accusation.

It wasn't apparent, and those excuses aren't very good mirhawk.

And since Im town this game, you need to off me quick.
VOTE: Salamence20
This is how I saw it happen. Sal posts a page1 claim, mirhawk provides skepticism without voting, sal throws a 'serious' vote on mirhawk. Why? No idea.
From what I've seen of Salamence, he doesn't really care how scummy he looks. I'm a bit skeptical of the claim because of who is claiming it, rather than the claim itself.

Sal is mislynch bait as-is, assuming he's town.

I read it as half-sarcastic half-serious. I recommend specifically pointing out sarcasm or jokes in the future.

I think you are panicking to cover up a poor push on a player.
Posted: Sun Jun 15, 2014 9:11 am

Yes that does look like a bad push. I didn't place a vote, follow it up, or provide an explanation.
It's almost as if I was never pushing it at all.

People fish to see if there is interest in a wagon. And scum aren't keen to be the centre of attention. So it's not beyond reasonable thinking that you made a soft push to see how people reacted with the built in escape route of not having voted.
You will notice I haven't voted for you either. I am havig this line of dialogue wih you to see how you cope.

@tn - Sal isn't lynchbait. He's a very manipulative person who knows how to gambit as scum to get town read.

Ah hahaha. I have been waiting for that. Oh Jake, I have missed you. I hope life has been treating you well.
Anyways your vote and explanation for it read to me as "Policy." We do not have time for this, especially when we have actual suspects.
If you of all people thought that was a true claim, Then I am so sad. Let's get you in the real game, shall we?
First of all, how do you feel about Mirhawk?
And secondly, what would you say if I told you I see TN reminds me of Rapidcanyon?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next up, everyone should take note on how it takes TN too many posts to actually answer the question HC gave him.
Is this a serious question? Miller would be a terrible day one claim.
Ask Jake how he feels about this. He will tell you otherwise. Always lynch the Miller D1. Always.
Why would it not be a serious question based on your actions? And miller would be a terrible claim for who? I recall there was a time where the accepted play for a miller was to claim in the first post; is this no longer true?
Ask Jake how he feels about this. He will tell you that it doesn't matter, Miller will die when the words come out of his mouth.

Ask Jake how he feels about this. He will tell you that Millers are a necessary mislynch.

Bullshit. Vote stays until TN does something even more scummier. This is called opportunistic. It is when scum say, oh he might be scum, but I don't feel like wagoning. Then later, gains towncred for not going on it. I don't buy this joke. I don't see the joking anywhere.

This is your third post defending Mirhawk by trying to discredit. You're almost past Mirhawk.
Sal is mislynch bait as-is, assuming he's town.
So is this debate TownVTown, or SCUMVTOWN, and who is who?

@EVERYONE ELSE:
Who is more scummy at this point? TN or Mir?

I think that TN comes off worse in this particular set of posts. Mirhawk has a wagon on him; TN does not. Yet TN is coming across as far more defensive/protective than Mirhawk. Maybe they are scum together; however, I don't know that scum would link themselves so closely. Scum protecting town because they think they're earning valuable towncred that they can exchange for goods and services later on? That happens more often in my experience.

It's easy enough to disprove this as a motivation, it got 'caught' after all.

That doesn't make sense. Are you asserting that anytime a scumtell gets caught, it can't be valid because scum would know it would be caught?
Do you think Mirhawk is scum or town? Why, in either case?
