I made it this way because I dislike short deadlines (I'm oldschool like that) and because of the holiday season. So you are right.

After the holidays we may change the deadline to a more "normal" 3 days if a majority of players agree.

bro i came from a site with 72 hour days and 24 hour nights man long deadlines are the death of me
this deadline is a month long and it's only just going to encourage people to get more apathetic as the days go on.
