Gunsmith is great when it's used creatively IMO. The issue is, it usually isn't.

Yeah, all it does is detect if someone is a power role or not.

Technically, that's a Vanilla Cop which does jackshit apart from calling out inconsequential scum PRs who claim VT. A Neapolitan is useful because a VT result is a hard Innocent, although a guilty can easily just claim a power role.
