P-EDIT: If scum had high confidence there's a lot of millers in the setup, it makes sense they'd fake as one.

i would not put it past fakegod to have 2 scum desperados with some weird nightkill clause to offset it. the game seems as if it's designed around that mechanic, just under the alice flavor.

Sure, if they’re self-pressing I guess but otherwise, if the desperado is town, why would they shoot a miller if they believed their claim and prevent a lynch?

When I played with Nancy Drew, I believe it was a lot closer to their join date so they were still new to the site/mafia, but eeeeeh very vague recollection of what game we were even in or if it was just something I spectated or what
