I don't usually feel like random voting, I don't think it's the votes that spark D1 discussion but just people talking to each other. In post 55, Auro wrote:Something_Smart, why have you not voted yet?
But we talk to each other based on the votes we make; does that not give enough reason to vote?In post 60, Something_Smart wrote:I don't usually feel like random voting, I don't think it's the votes that spark D1 discussion but just people talking to each other.
And I don't put down real votes often, especially early on. I find it leads to confbias as I'm asked to justify it, and I don't think most players are easier to read under pressure.
@Bolded bit: I'm surprised that you think this, considering what she managed to get away with in Newbie 1893.In post 37, Auro wrote:@Egix: So you're finding the cynicism scummy --I'm not particularly feeling she'd fake that as scum, although the tone does bother me slightly.

As far as I can tell, you still haven't explained why you asked them this. What were you planning to achieve? In post 47, Lamees wrote:@auro what power role would you choose as scum?
I'm guessing that town!DVa would have appreciated the challenge of playing as town in a setup that she herself perceived to be imbalanced against that alignment. It's not a particularly strong tell, but it's a start.Something_Smart wrote:What? In post 28, Egix96 wrote:If she thinks that the setup is scumsided (I can kind of see why, I think) then shouldn't that make her want to win more if she's town?
I'm not saying it's beyond scum!her. I'm saying I don't think she'd choose to fake that as scum, get what I mean?In post 62, Egix96 wrote:@Bolded bit: I'm surprised that you think this, considering what she managed to get away with in Newbie 1893.

If you believe this why are all your other posts able to be quoted by going; "First, what?".In post 60, Something_Smart wrote:I don't usually feel like random voting, I don't think it's the votes that spark D1 discussion but just people talking to each other. In post 55, Auro wrote:Something_Smart, why have you not voted yet?

lol, wrong. Every time I join an open setup that I think is town-sided I roll scum and every time I join an open setup I think is scum-sided I roll town. It's like a meme at this point. I think feeling like I can turn a game into a win is more fun for me than "a challenge" since mafia is hard enough on its own. Even an "easy win" can feel quite challengingIn post 62, Egix96 wrote:I'm guessing that town!DVa would have appreciated the challenge of playing as town in a setup that she herself perceived to be imbalanced against that alignment.
