Agree.

The deck has a few interesting quirks in the kind of setups it comes out with, it's worth looking at the role list and thinking what implications that has on the kind of scum arrangements you're likely to see in a game.

ohhh okay i misunderstood the role that makes sense then
but wouldn’t you need two trackers to watch both of them?

Hi! I’m sure we’ll be friends.
I find this role list vastly unpredictable so I don’t know what else to do but vote and see what comes up. Happy to have contributed. I would consider it less of a vote “in the midst of discussion” and more of a vote in the “random vote stage”.
I’m inclined to believe the gravedigger claim because it’s easy to prove or disprove at night (with a watcher that sees them and the real killer, or a gunsmith, etc.) and it’s a negative utility role so there’s no point in concealing it from scum.

Greetings,
did you randomly select NPOM for your random vote based on his claim, or were the two events entirely unrelated?

Wait what? Just put one tracker on the gravedigger. If the tracker sees them visit two targets in one night, then the gravedigger is confirmed. I haven’t memorized all 146 roles but I don’t know of any that can visit two targets of their own will.

@iamusername unrelated. I’m not proud to admit it, but I didn’t read the whole thread carefully when I posted. I did see that there was a gravedigger claim, but I didn’t realize at the time that it was from NPOM.
NoPowerOverMe? Just the name is a challenge to vote them.

Yes one tracker should get two kill results now that I think about it.

I’m still kind of astonished by this setup because I thought most games on mafiascum had a VT majority, not just a town majority.
It may work out that most of the roles are functionally VT (like, maybe we have a conspiracy theorist with no aliens), but I really don’t know what to expect.

Wait no. The watcher has to watch the person being killed. Tracker could get two results though if I am thinking about it correctly.

The roled are random so a vanilla majority is not guaranteed.

12/87 chance of VT if town.

Yes, yes, and yes.
IMO posting about mechanics like this is a scumtell because it’s just fluff. It gives the illusion of contributing without bringing us any closer to finding scum. Don’t do this after I said I believed your claim
