I feel like a scum!Skitter would have been more heavy-handed with this insinuation instead of adding that last clause, so you get a townlean.

Also, I'm trying not to declare any scumreads or anything until much much later in the game, because I'm trash at scumhunting.

As a newbie to the forum, I have played casuals with friend groups before, I feel obliged to start my random voting stage

I do also sometimes use a guttural vote on who I see as most scummy so I may do that instead

There was also a second reason for my vote being on Pooky over someone else, because it means even if for some reason D1 voting runs until EoD, I doubt it but it's possible, We will at least get a solid elimination and read, because you should always eliminate D1 as it allows for discussion and analysis, you will possibly be able to read me better based on my vote and Pooky's flip. We don't want to tie and have No elimination do we now?

We have 2 scum so we should look and see who voted on scum and not, I see it as unlikely to early bus, mainly because it's a suicide move in such a small game

Yeah voting each other, unless is a play, but I don't think mafia would push each other so early, wheme has switched votes a bit which seems like a meme/joke voting pattern which is common for the start of day 1 but them voting each other sort of tells me they're unlikely to be w/w

Thanks - i see where you're coming with this. My thought tho is that its still fairly early on day1, and neither of their votes on each other are particularly likely to quickly end up as a flip at this stage, so i'm not sure if those votes should be clearing

Yeah I said i may do random voting stage but decided to go for the gut instinct vote with the spice of randomness, usually I look at people and randomly pick someone, but like you said I gave reasoning that is because it's always good to give reasons for your votes so you can back up your arguments later on, also it's allowing for others to read me better based on comparing my reads to theirs

I haven't played forum or irl, I have however played in a few casual circles over discord with friends/groups I met through friends, it was more casual and more quick phases and cycles 24/12 usually or maybe 12/12 for werewolf games

That's quite ok, because it means you're acting kinda solvey, it's probably from me having to take town lead a few times in my past experiences, as stated before casuals with friends, that I try and encourage conversation and push people to talk more otherwise in those games town was usually dead silent. and we all know silence is a scum's second most useful weapon after the gun they possess

You're in the right place if you want people to talk more, then, because you're gonna see hyperposting--oh god, the hyperposting. It's better than lurking, though. If I had to guess right-the-heck-now, I'd say one of the scum is lurking and the other isn't.

I would have thought that power roles were the scum's second most useful tool, but yeah, "silence" is a good answer, followed by "indecision".
