Realizing that this means that there are now 3 populated hoods that I am in, and 3 populated hoods that I am not in.

Now with the new hoods, everyone else can too.

(I am assuming that since I was put into an agriculture based hood, everyone else got put into 3 hoods based on their career choice)

Scum will likely kill Lukewarm to keep him from feeding the scum-free hood info from the other hoods.

My theory is that each of the 3 hoods were seeded with 1 scum each.

I think that the hoods were likely generated randomly. And I think that statistically a 2:1:0 split is more likely then a 1:1:1 split or a 3:0:0 split.

Only works if you are assuming that the mod guaranteed the 1:1:1 split, and that is pretty bold assumption.
