How about we lynch someone who isn't obviously town (Toogeloo good option, or vijay obv) and end the day and tomorrow will probably have a better feel to it and we can start over.

I don't see any particlar reason why Near is or is not scum. If we are following my "lynch non-obv town to end day" plan, then yes, we can do that.
If we're being try hards, then I'll probably need a case and then time at a computer for evaluation.

It is difficult with Near because he doesn't have any slips, but he overexplains everything and goes on and ON AND ON and that is the strongest scumread I have ever seen. He is not concise for fucks sake and I would be shocked if he didn't flip scum for it. I can dig more deeply into him and try to find things, but his evaluation of Tierce is him just trying too damn hard to seem protown.
Also, chesskid is right. I can actually say that I KNOW that Slandaar and chesskid are town and that if they ever flip scum I would stop playing mafia altogether out of shame.
