and the way these votes escalated gives me the impression of active scums

which also brings two other impressions:

* Pine used as a bait by Comical, and being afk for personal reasons (because he's afk and can't be scum according to that)
* eloquent partner among players

He’s still pushing me as being scum with Pine, but I haven’t even unvoted Pine.

If that’s the case, call my bluff and kill him then.

To be fair, I don’t think I actually think Pine-Clidd is the team, and I am more leaning towards Clidd being scum because he’s derp tunneling, and not in a townie way.

I think Clidd was kinda right that Pine's vote on him was weak, and Pine's overall entrance was weak. Additionally, if I drew 3 names from the 12 of you the odds that at least one of the names were scum is ~60%, and I know 3 slots interacting isn't exactly random but I think it's still a good way to look at it and I'm thinking both Clidd and Comical are Town. It's not like I'm 100% sure on Pine being scum but I think it's a good vote.
