to reexplain,, "town census taker" in the directory says "mod will tell them how many townies there are", researched last time, too lazy to go back and check
"how many townies" is public,, discrepancy, whatever, if you wanna call it that

I don't see the reason for all the rebel votes.
Rather, mostly, I feel like it's because they're being more of a flamethrower and silly town are being mixed in with opportunistic scum.
I have no idea how many votes are on them though.
