You could simply say that Brian didn't argue in the greatest of faith, refusing to acknowledge facts or questions that were missing from the narrative and pushing none stop.
Brian gave an out, but you could tell he didn't care what she said mostly.

there's a scum narrative for Brian, but it's a difficult one. I do think Titus makes a fairly good D2 elimination as scum. Rather, scum would go for her.

Personally I just think Titus was right for the wrong reasons.
