Re muffin it’s really not as damning. Iv didn’t really like him but I wasn’t feeling it d1. But as I’ve said multiple times if there’s scum in our side it’s an outlier (muffin, bulge) as I know I’m town and I don’t think you guys (or Bork) would be at this level of engagement as scum. I even townread our earliest interactions bc while yes it sucked you guys weren’t townreading me from the get go your scumread made sense even if it was an overexpectstion.
I also think I just hate April’s playstyle and it’s been jading my read. Bell still feels town. I still don’t hate the bear. Bulge is supposedly conftown by April (and I was townreading him regardless).
Like I get we seem kinda erratic bc honestly I think both of us are erratic on our own lol let alone together. But he wanted to vote there and I’m not feeling confidently enough to vote elsewhere.
You kept moving up in my readslist, and some of that was documented in the thread. It wasn't loud because of the shitshow. Maybe I should be more worried about your day 2 than I am. NGL I'd be super worried if IV were playing alone.
Obviously I get it wrt to April. I'm confident he gets sorted pretty soon. To the extent you can, play around him.
We're not voting muffin today.

Awkwardness. And I felt like the questions zmuffin was asking, especially as he clarified, weren't super hard. Not wanting to tackle them on mobile was fine, but I felt like you were distancing from addressing them at all beyond being handwavy.

A re-read of day one, I see a lot of associatives between you and MariaBoy. I also found the way you handled remelia and 420/prism to be awkward upon re-read. I was giving you a lot of slack but it's clear that was in error.
I'm not giving anything else away here, lest i get reverse engineered.

Sure, thanks for responding. I admit I’ve haven’t responded to muffin yet but I’ve also said in like most of my follow-up posts that I’m still working on those thoughts. So I’m not trying to distance away from answering his questions as much as putting them on hold per say.

I'm pretty prone to rely on my gut in this game, my gut still says 420 is super scum that pulled out a fakeclaim. I've played like that in my other towngames as well, if you don't believe me. It does kinda annoy me cause I think you've been using meta on other slots frequently but not me.
It's whatevs tho.

remi: weird slot. Very convient claim for scum, but I could see them being town. Either way we should elim at lylo.
bulge: softcon town; I think even if april somehow flips red they are still town
april: town probably. If for some ungodly reason 420 flips green I think they have a solid chance of being scum
maid: townleaning, they need to explode soon though
ST: I think has been pretty scummy today
Bell: obvtown, should not be the elim today
midway: gotten way scummier day 2 in my eyes.
420: scum riding a fakeclaim, I think should be our flip today
muffin: weird slot. I think if maid is town they have a good chance of being scum, but the read really hinges on maid's flip. I don't think they are both scum and I don't think they are both town either.
Morph: My TR on them has weakened slightly. They are really selling "im a town and solving" but it seems pretty genuine. My biggest issue are that they could be using meta to push an agenda. They really wanna win regardless of alignment.

Meta doesn't get me very far when the player only has games of one alignment.
I ~have~ gone with a robust town model where no scum meta is available in the past. But, I don't think I've ever tried to do that without experiential meta. I'd be very surprised if Cabd would try to meta read you without a scum baseline.

A good part of day 1 we were definitely having a blast and high-efforting. I'd love to get back to enjoying the game that much. I'm not counting on it.
We both want to play competently regardless of how we feel about the game, though. We owe that to our beloved mods, as well as to the player list.

I believe this. I refused to accept the idea that you wanted the game to end while writing chapters on readlists. I'm feeling pretty similar today myself.

no I just wasn't sure what to make of what they said since I considered it false, but I think I get them now.
It could, however, come from either alignment. If I was scum in a massclaim I'd be exhausted. Not sure if morph is putting in less effort because they desperately want a mislim and are already pretty town read, or if they just spent a lot of time on day 1 reads and first impressions as town and are bummed out on how day 2 is unfolding.

I know the scum agenda behind Plus paranoia on Morph, but for me, it’s been the towniest looking stuff they’ve said in a while.
