I really don't think PM is scum at all.

it's once again just another lack of activity things. He hasn't shown scumtells, we're just getting by with another mislynch. We're practically lynching him because he doesn't make sense, not because he's scummy.

His AtE's really aren't scummy though. Noobtells are different, I believe he is showing noobtown personally, even if he is a liability to the town. But we can't keep just cutting off liabilities is my point.
