RC could you explain this SK read to me? Why is he an SK and not group scum?
Interesting use of the word intelligent :S - why was MVP's post noteworthy? In post 32, Doctor Jekyll wrote:We are relieved to learn that our random vote has landed in an intelligent place!
Cabd, is this you? Why are you flooding P2 with shitty questions and dumb RC quotes? Leave the shitposting to BRO and I thanks. In post 43, MC Maraca wrote:Actually, good question for everyone. SK is found day one. Lynch or leash? Give reasoning, there will be a grading rubric.

You have to look at people's town games to figure out how to mislynch them. *shrug*In post 529, MC Maraca wrote:why do you think this, when I even tend to struggle to wrap my head around the town-plays of those I play with almost constantly? In post 470, Doctor Jekyll wrote:I'm about 100% sure I have mentioned this, but I don't see where: Maraca playing good cop bad cop with me (ha, ha) gives me some for srs flashbacks to Hard Boiled. Scum-games don't affect how I read people, usually as it is more, how to trick people and who to get mislynched over figuring out who is and isn't town which makes a world of a difference.
It was her. No confusion for you.In post 532, Doctor Jekyll wrote:If this was somehow a Cabd post then sorry and I'm very confused
Let's agree to disagree on that term, then!In post 521, yessiree wrote:for some reason I really hate the term "agree to disagree"

The heck is this, there's 7 players below him in postcount, some of which have pretty much zero content.
Quoted for truth. In post 523, likeabauss wrote:Here's what I hate about this game so far... There's about a half dozen players doing this meta/history/relivingtheglorydaysofanotherepicgame/casual but deliberate buddying/bs. It's obfuscating real conversation and sorting. I get it, we're all friends here. And I understand we all have our own methods of scumhunting... But this has gotten far away from productive in my opinion. Sure, there's a number of players barely posting, but this non-productive banter is enabling that behavior. It's easy to hide or lurk when the cool kids club is attracting all the attention. So, fellow cool kids, let's focus the conversation a bit better.
And you didn't compare this to a town game because...In post 431, Guyett wrote:Ok I've done a quick read of Lucid dreamers, its my only game with Caled which I remember and she was scum in it.

What am I, chopped liver? In post 441, Guyett wrote:11. Angry Frat BROs - null with a light town lean. Calls out other people for posting full.In post 441, Guyett wrote:14. RadiantCowbells - town. I don't think I've played with RC before. However he seems to be just taking the piss... I could see him as town just fucking around but I couldn't see scum doing that.

1) How are you townreading RC.In post 499, Sakura Hana wrote:Scum: Guyett.
Town: RC, AFB.
Pretty small ammount of reads but you know me and my thing with getting decent reads early on during large games.
Do you have anything useful to say?In post 515, caledfwitch wrote:I think Guyett reading me off one game doesn't work that well. Just so you guys know, Lucid Dreamers is my only scum game so far and my scumbuddy basically carried me through the whole thing.
I don't think I have an established play style yet, but just because I haven't posted a lot doesn't necessarily mean a scum read. IRL man.
1) Do you have any empirical evidence backing that claim, because it looks like a load of bullshit. In post 523, likeabauss wrote:Angryfratbros deserves rope. Dude replaced into a slot that bailed out very early in the game. Townies don't tend to bail that early. They see what shakes out, read, and dive back in as time allows. Scum however has a team counting on them, working a strategy, and there's more pressure on a scum slot to be involved/present.
Dudes entry to the game was straight inside joke buddying. "Hey so and so. Don't mislynch my like last game. Tee-hee. Herp Derp." Not cool. Then a bunch more bs spam, useless fluff. Somewhere in the middle of it, another head jumped in and added to the wtfery.
I saw some town cheer leading "Scummers, get in here and post." which loosely translates to "I'm a posting machine, so obviously not scum. The scum just aren't posting."
Plus, there was the whole "Gym fist, then knowledge." Everybody knows you can't skip tanning and laundry and go straight to schooling bitches. GTL, then lynching scum. Get your mind right first. Only gready grimy scum would suggest skipping the laundromat.
There's more, but I'm mobile only for a bit and it's tough to quote and do real work.
Don't forget the yessiree scum game... you took over his slotIn post 515, caledfwitch wrote:I think Guyett reading me off one game doesn't work that well. Just so you guys know,Lucid Dreamers is my only scum game so farand my scumbuddy basically carried me through the whole thing.

I can't find the thread at the moment, and I can go find it if you insist, but there's a statistical study done here on mafiascum that shows the rate of replace-outs done by each alignment and each day of a game. It was a year-long study IIRC. It found no connection between alignment and replacement rate until the later days, around day 5 or so, where town replaces out more often than scum. So your entire train of thought here is based upon a false foundation. In post 523, likeabauss wrote:Angryfratbros deserves rope. Dude replaced into a slot that bailed out very early in the game. not really, no. if you substitute that townie's name for jacobsavage's, though. then we might have some progress. In post 522, yessiree wrote:what I don't have enough conviction you say?
