372. Claire (Keybladewielder) - Greece
"Just saying; I freaking called it. I knew it."
Claire seems to have been living in her own little world. If you read just her confessional, she was doing a great job until swap and got voted out in an exciting TC. But if you look at it from anyone else's perspective, Claire is essentially invisible. As a player that was never on Claire's tribe, I heard somewhat interesting things, but I also heard that she was likely to be eliminated early on. Before making this write-up, I didn't actually realize how amusing Claire's story was! I have a new appreciation for her. She tried her best, and it made for a fun little arc, but she had relatively little impact on the game as a whole, and that's why I see now as a good time for her to go.
I just read (most) of Greece and Claire's confessional is perhaps the most misleading confessional ever. She seemed like she was the mastermind behind two entirely different four-person alliances, but somehow everyone else just saw her as irrelevant. I guess that's a point for the "social game."
I wish she had a better downfall, though. She only seemed to be eliminated because she was the "inactive" on a 3-person tribe. How boring.

370. Cornelia (Lord Mhork) - Greece
"Fucking hell my team is composed of brain dead idiots."
I specifically remember liking you, but you not bonding very well for really allying with much of anyone. Then people wanted to vote you out early, and I didn't want to put out my neck for you. And of course, because you're Mhork, you raged after you got voted out.
Good riddance.

Re: Claire, I don't know about Ceph/Xof, but I did consider our alliance with her an alliance, even if it was secondary to our one with kdowns at the time.

It was like one of the first times she ever talked to me tbh. "Hey, so girls alliance?" "Uh, sure" So yeah, the alliance with Thornton was always actually a real thing while that was not.

369. Polar Paws (Axxle) - Pretty Super Vanilla
psv sounds like something I wouldn't want you contracting.
In his confessional, Polar Paws says he wanted to ease back and not be too overactive or pushy about talking game stuff too early. Except he went way too far and bearly existed. He didn't really PM too often or really do anything. He was just kinda there. After the swap he only shows up long enough to make a complaint about part of the creative challenge he didn't even contribute in, before not showing up again until about half way through TC. He tries to claim that he knows a group of people are already voting for someone not him, when some on the list he hadn't even PMed yet at all. It was just all around bad but not in a really entertaining way.

Bumping this so someone will fix it. I don't like seeing people go out when they're not dead.

I rementioned it, but I'm not sure if it's more complicated than just editing out that name.

These eliminations are still a lot of "this person didn't really do much and got voted out early."

368. Agitha (Cybele) - Hyrule (22nd Place)
"Tetra - She's a girl that could win this game."
I don't have much time to do a longer write-up, but she's lasted long enough for someone who was doing well for a week and then flaked. Go read Drench's original write-up for more words idc

Agitha got twist-screwed. She would have gotten a fair bit deeper without the precursor to Rotten Bananas.

367. Charizard (Pizzadudes7) - Seafoam Islands
"People are probably grasping for handholds right now, and at this stage, you only need a strong 3 person alliance. I have mine, but Chancey, i feel, will probably get an early boot."
This confessional is awful and it ends in a modkill.

Agitha got voted out because she stopped existing if she had stayed I would have tried to keep her and I suspect others on my tribe felt the same way. I think her vote occurred before the "pick your own tribe" twist but I don't remember.

366. Jenna (elusive) - Expect the Unexpected
"At this point who do I still want in the game? Or who do I think should win? Jessie or RC."
I really wanted to like Jenna, and while I was rooting for her pretty much the entire game, ultimately her character was more frustrating than anything else.
It started off okay. Jenna made a close alliance with Joe, which I thought was great. Aronis was one of my favorites from Hyrule, and I always love to see underdogs join together. Jenna also seemed to have a pretty solid social game, especially for a newbie. After RC survived being nominated against Arlie, RC became a member of Jenna's tribe, and eventually Jenna and Joe joined the large anti-Casaya movement, which was largely spearheaded by RC.
After a while, it became clear that Jenna and Joe were on the bottom of their alliance, with RC, Kat, and Jessie seeming like an indomitable trio. Joe realized this and worked with outsider Elissa in order to flip the game and vote off RC. Unfortunately, thanks to Zach, this plan fell through. Now despite this plan making
absolutely perfect sense
, Jenna was never on board with it, and was actually upset at Joe for flipping. After this, Jenna basically resigned her position in the game and decided to her goal was to get the "deserving" people to win, meaning Jessie or RC. Naturally, Elissa and Joe were the next two boots, and Jenna followed right after, when she didn't make an attempt to appeal to Zach, who ended up winning the Veto that round.
I don't want to be too strict with the Ciera Eastin "Play to win" thing, because I don't expect people to be stone-cold gamebots willing to cut anybody. But when it comes to a point where someone is intentionally playing against their own self-interest, and doing that makes the game more boring in the process, then I don't think that makes a good character. Jenna was memorable, sure, and if she had been booted a couple rounds prior when she was nominated against Jordan, I could probably appreciate her character more. As things turned out, though, I think this is an appropriate spot for her, especially considering how Thomas was cut ages ago.
