i think the thing people are trying to say about the mold is that toog being targeted by mold could explain his shot getting used up. i don't think anyone else claimed molded today, so this at least makes sense

Toogs answer to my quesiton is actually very lazy. ofc there is scum in the vt claims. but the majority of the claims rn are vt. the other thing is that it makes sense that there are more vt claims since so much town power has died.

With the claims and flips, the one living claim that really sticks out to me is the Ashtray.

First off, the ashtray is only half the object of power. Secondly, it's the only claimed object of power in the game that Jesse doesn't work with, and it's more of an obstacle.

That being said, I would not have suspected Director Northmoor to be in the game either because they are only ever referenced from DLC. Alan Wake is also DLC.

Northmoor is the first director of Control.
Trench is Jesse's predecessor who is the cause of the problems in the game.
Jesse is the current Director.

That's three Directors. Three characters with basically the same "role" in Control in this game.
