Yeah, he did, but he let go and went into uncertainty: And plus I wouldn't call that vote a strong push by any means. He went HI NACHO or osmething and then VOTE, and then didn't keep up the pressure if there was any.

Via gut, I can see him as scum but for some reason lean the other way into town. I should have a stronger read on him. I SHOULD have more. But...I don't. That's really it. That's all I've got. Thus, the absolutely-failed gambit in a desperate attempt to get SOMEthing about him.
This seems rather...odd too it doesn't feel right.

At this juncture, he can easily go back to me, or you, or phok, or... because he isn't really leaning one way definitively, like on me or TIP or you.
that's the whole picture I'm getting...and I suck at explaining cuzs I just took up lots of posts and I'm in a rush

but the point is that for the majority of the game he's been making a push on a strong player so there's no opportunism you're speaking of until the phok vote.
you criticize him for waffling on the scumread on me, but I don't think that's unusual for people who are scumreading me, especially Day 2 in a Micro.

not to mention you're criticizing someone for waffling.

OK true.
But still his reading Darger as scum without a post is still pretty bad IMO. And the plan about having the strong players be immune D1. Coming in and seeing him tell me I'm scum because of Darger and POE at this stage of the game, that gets to me dude.

and why you aren't a strong townread is mostly because
you sheeped Mastin's vote right away when it wasn't even a full catchup post as he isn't fully caught up and back
in a 7 player game, knowing full well who is in this game (TIP and I)

because it's blasphemy, do you agree with it? when most players here are experienced anyway?
why?

Also, you asked me why I didn't vote mastin earlier. Why didn't you vote phok earlier? It's not like phok had said anything else between your last post and Mastin's last post...

You realize this as town and I seriously don't expect you to quickhammer out of nowhere.

I thought you said before that your reasoning for voting me was me playing the noob card and being more "confident"?
Sure, at the time, but then Nacho came in with a counter-case, which I haven't yet fully parsed. Basically, you could still be scum for that, but that's not why you're scum to me anymore. It's purely off of gut.
No, but the way in which the question is asked very well can be.
Bert looking decently town to me right now, by the way.

There's not much to say, twenty pages that aren't particularly filled with content...
1. Nachomamma8 I think is Town because he's being passive (like when he ICs)
3. mastin2 is null, because I had him as definitely scum early on (I know his scumplay) but then he turned around and started looking alright...
4. Tammy is just a lurky scumfuck
5. Darger has done nothing
6. phokdapolees is scum for sure; he's imitating my newbie scum play
7. projectmatt seems alright I guess? Nothing to say really
8. TheIrishPope is silky and Town
On the one hand. If TIP were scum, I'd expect him to have me as more than null. On the other hand. TIP's posting has been getting much worse.
Also, I sorta get this weird feeling that one of/both of TIP/phok are either a Chosen One or scum. The way players seem to be interacting with them kinda points that way.
With b tags. Not v tags. The real "vote" comes in my next post of that day. Not with the vote, but the content present, where instead of a joke reason (I thought either you were neighborized by Tammy or Neighborized her), I committed to the gambit. (Which, as it turns out, was pointless given as how this game doesn't work that way.
)
Random side-note. If Nacho and Tammy are both town, we totally should have done my townbloc idea on D1. Woulda completely decimated the scum, given how half my choices have already flipped town, I have a townread on the third (Tammy), and am trying to figure out the fourth right now.

After what happened in 1489, I expect more from you

Not too worried. It's also how I got an early scumread on Cabd in mismatched and is how I usually lynch scum, so it's not that likely I'll switch my style now.

I took a nice nap after our tit for tatty. Lemme see. Yes, Multiball. But, I'd think you need more time to sort out Tammy and projectmatt (who haven't been hrre that much) to get firmer reads before you POE like you did in Mismatched? And people like phok, and then TIP who Mara was waffling on?
I would think you'd need more time, that's all
And I went off on a tangent on Mastin and it makes no sense looking back, hey I had a headache is the only excuse I have <3
but I meant what I said about Projectmatt's poetry!!! And my reads though they were all TRUE to the BLUE
True blue.......*madonna song begins*

Ah, what was scummy about his play earlier on? I saw mention just then of a game called Walking Dead - does that possibly have anything to do with it? I may jump onto the phok wagon later - I will definitely consider it as phok can fool me I think - but first let's work together since Nacho is being very aloof and distant ~evil twisted grin ~
Elaborate please, Jacob?
Now time to find Nacho's questions.

I did not vote him earlier because I saw people calling him town a lot. Bert is not always a one-man show to lead a wagon, but the way the wagon on phok went to lynch -1 didn't feel good. His half-catchup post doesn't do it for me, sorry. It looks like something I would type (look at it and if you don't see what I mean, say so), and he can do so much more than that
In post 539, Nachomamma8 wrote:"giving him a free pass". what's the difference between giving him a free pass and not suspecting him?
They are almost interchangeable. Since you're not being suspected, you're being given a free pass? I guess free pass is "not looking into this person for scumminess, not prodding enough for reactions" while "not suspecting" is more like "he looks pretty town, so no need to prod more into this person" I see your point though. Mastin is not being suspected as much as I think he should be. I should have said that rather than "he is being given a free pass" - which is incorrect of me to remark.

reading someone as scum in your heart, it all starts from the heart (and now in hindsight 20/20, not gambitting (sp?) by saying someone is scum while not genuinely believing in that person as scum))
so using a gambit and calling someone scum and announcing you have a scumread on them when you aren't really sure - that is not a full scum read in my book
I think you should devote equal time into each person D1, in case you miss something about one of the stronger players. Important for first impressions. I think the stronger competent players need more time (and effort) to sort out than newbies or people like me. Please understand that. If you leave people out of the sorting and assume they're town D1, that's essentially a free pass.
