Well now that we know you'll "immediately hammah," nobody is going to put him at Lynch -1, so it's not going to speed up any decision-making.
I just don't see the point really. *shrug*

Hm. I can't really contribute to the latest developments as I'm not a townie. But I'll trust CS for the moment, and keep my vote off of YB. Pending SC's confirmation...
Very helpful to have so much info to check claims with, although this will probably be the final time a vanilla claim can be cross referenced.

Before YB answers, do we massclaim now to make scum claim power roles (which are generally testable)?

I was about to hammer, but something in his claim previously made me doubt. So I reread. He only answered one of SC's three questions directly, but his other two answers were pretty good paraphrases of the actual role pm. Something very specific about how he answerednow a ranger wrote:why doesn't anyone suspect TCS? He said on the last page he would hammer if YB's post didn't contain much, but he never did. It looks like he has been planning to not hammer YB all along. Even when YB didn't answer the questions asked thoroughly. Then, he changes his mind, and decides not to.

The Central Scrutinizer wrote:FOS: NARfor the inexplicable unvote.
I'm pretty sure NAR is scum with YB... his posts indicate scum, and now this combined with YB's less than convincing townie claim...Oh, and I'm not voting yet because I want to hammah. That's really the only reason.
Okay. This was post 544 on the previous page, and I believe YB was already at lynch -1, if I recall correctly. If you said the only reason you hadn't voted was because you wanted to hammah, is it because it wasn't lynch -1 or you didnt realize it?
You were pretty sure I was scum with YB, and then you think YB is town... I guess you've changed your mind quite a bit after rereading about YB's claim eh?

I retract the FOS on you for unvoting Yellowbounder. I'm not sure that doing so makes you confirmed town if YB is town... I still dislike Zarvok's Day 1 play enough to still be suspicious of you.now a ranger wrote:Also, TCS, if you still think I am scum, who do you think I am with? What do you think of Amb? How about PP or YB? Are you really that sure that YB is a townie just giving YB the benefit of the doubt?
I'm pretty sure at this point that YB is a townie. I would like him to be more precise about his Role PM, if possible.
I'm suspicious of all claimed power roles at this moment... but I doubt that all scum would have claimed pro-town power by now, so I am focusing on those that are unclaimed... hence yourself, and previously YB.
"You might very well think that; I couldn't
possibly
comment."From what TCS and SC have said, YB *seems* to have paraphrased reasonably. I don't know whether or not he'd be allowed to specifically elaborate without it being considered quoting. I guess that's a matter for the mod to decide.
@NaR: I think we have established SC is vanilla. TCS was the first to comment after YB's claim, and according to SC TCS was spot on. TCS is obv. vanilla.

Well, I don't want to say which question is which (in case a scumbag down the road needs to make this up), but 1 of the 3 was spot-on, 1 of them was actually pretty close, but the last answer I don't like at all. That last one is also, in my opinion, the hardest one to make up.

A few points of reference. My last post.
yellowbounder wrote:Glork: In order to discuss the wording of the townie PM, I would have need to claim townie. There was no pressure of lynch, and showing your hand too soon is bad. I mean, the scum then know (assuming you're not lying) that you're not a powerrole, and so forth.
Flavour of townie PM? Well, it goes along the lines of the fact, that I'm unnerved by the whole thing. Despite only coming in for a Big Mac, it looks like I'm going to have to grab the pitch fork, and burning torch, since my vote is all I got.
What did you want a McDonalds, as a sentence, does not make any sense. What did I want at McDonalds, I've already answered. What did you you do about the threat is in past tense. So, unless you're referring to my play in game, this doesn't make sense in the context of the role PM.StallingChamp wrote:Okay, a few questions for yellowbounder:
1 - How are you feeling right now (according to your PM)?
2 - What did you want a McDonalds?
3 - What did you do about the threat?
Answer these in your next post.
I think my previous claim was bordering far too close on the edge of quoting anyway, so putting any more detail is impossible without quoting. Which is bad.The Central Scrutinizer wrote:I retract the FOS on you for unvoting Yellowbounder. I'm not sure that doing so makes you confirmed town if YB is town... I've already elaborated myself as a customer in search of McDonald's products. Like most townies, I want to kill scums with my vote, since at night I have no use.Machiavellian-Mafia wrote:Yellowbounder, can you elaborate on your vanilla claim (e.g. role name, flavor, win condition?)

And on a completely unrelated side note: Is this a rather long Day 2?

now a ranger wrote:I think we should all investigate Amb. It is very possible that Amb bussed DoS in the end just to get out of possibly being lynched the next day and getting out of the mess with DoS. Also, DoS repeatedly says he doesn't think Amb is scummy, and goes after pete_d afterwards.
What do you all think about this? Do you all think it is possible? Everyone seemed to ignore it when I posted it.
