What a nailbiter of a game this is...
Syryana, I appreciate it but my RL situation would not comply with any Mafia games right now and well into the foreseeable future. Perhaps another day.

No worries, site'll still be here. You can /in to the spectator thread!
I'm a bit shocked Pooky thinks Bell is scum here. After the artificial caught-day-one-by-cabd Bell he saw in antechamber I'd have thought he'd for sure know Bell was town here. This is nothing like his Antechamber play.
Unless he's trolling Bell to try to provoke Murder/Noraa into overplaying their hand. Which...might actually work.

Well if it’s indeed a troll and he winds up scrolling Noraa, he deserves a scummie but I’m not optimistic.

This is painful to watch.

Wow, Noraa could actually win it with a dayvig, so if Pooky is suspecting her, he had better keep it close to the vest. I really wonder why she’s not using it. She can 100% guarantee her win here with that right? So, perhaps he’s actually trolling her here?
He might be for that reason and for that reason alone, because he damn well knows threatened scum will 100% use it.
He could possibly be biding his time here to see if the dayvig gets used and hiding his real intentions?
I actually forgot about the dayvig but the fact that he’s taunting Bell about that might mean he really doesn’t think it’s him?
Because he has to know that both scum!Bell and scum!MC would 100% use it on him, so maybe he’s just possibly lulling Noraa into a false sense of security?
He kept fighting the lockclear then dropped it, perhaps to get further in the game? For the first time, I think there could possibly still be room for hope?
Because the longer he stays alive fhpov, the more likely it is to be Noraa, so I’m thinking he’s possibly doing some sort of gambit?
But if he is leaning Noraa, he had better not do anything to make her even remotely suspicious.

Mafia have a factional 1-shot private dayvig that they may use at any time. It may not be used on a player currently holding a scroll.
Noraa could win the game rn, why isn’t she doing this? If I’m scum!Noraa here, I dayvig either Bell or MC asap.

There are 4 players left, she might get voted after

She can't use it.
5 players left. Fidget's dead, Pooky's dead. Eliminating bell or MURDER here just narrows the POE. It doesn't win her the game because Pooky must still pick a target. Scroll targets don't count as dead until the third scroll hits.

3 non-scrolled players including Noraa, Pooky’s already dead.

Oh I see. Thank God then.

I sense a town win in the making here. I know, this looks hopeless. But Pooky's doing some things with Bell that don't make sense if he actually wants to eliminate there. He's too willing to give it time to play out despite saying he won't change his mind for anything. He's baiting Bell, he's purposefully making moves with this weird jokey tone around it, he seems like he's not taking the situation seriously. Most tellingly, the dayvig thing and the asking Noraa and MURDER to play a game to decide the scroll direction are bait moves for whoever the final scum is -- no matter who shoots it outs the last scum, leaning into the jokey competition idea outs the scum, there's too much play here that says Pooky's playing at gamethrowing to out scum.
I don't really see Pooky hitting Bell here. I really think Noraa and MURDER are the more likely hits. And the fact that he went all in on Bell so hard so fast makes me think it's Noraa at higher risk than MURDER, given how much build-up he put on MURDER before the hard pivot to Bell. If he really suspected MURDER more, I think there's less emphasis put on this song and dance and more jabs in MURDER's direction to try and get MURDER to slip up.
I feel like this is the run-up to a town win.
PEDIT: No spoilers so far, but the gamestate says Noraa is most likely the deepwolf.

That would be awesome and I think Noraa seems really nervous. I wondered that Pooky suddenly locktowned Noraa when he kept insisting she wasn’t clear.
I wonder if anyone remembers my posts saying that it’s a common scum gambit to SvS a townie with your partner, I just got the alignments wrong in my initial analysis.
Pooky knew that anything short of not townlocking Noraa would get him killed. so maybe it was just a pretence?

pooky's probably reaction testing him. but bell won't respond well to a reaction test. in all likelihood he just ends up being tragically wrong, which, hey, it happens. it's why i don't envy this position in endgames.
i'm like. stunned it's
not
murdercat given the way he's treating bell right now, though.

Yeah, MC is acting kind of scummy.

He’s done a slot of supertownie things that should clear him but every once in awhile he says something that makes you wonder.

His reaction to being scrolled, his being willing to be scrolled and having Owno in the f4, his telling Noraa on D1 how to be townier.
