Yeah, if I ideally could have chosen anyone to partner with, it would have been Taly.

I also want to say that the moment PB said he was leaving, was the moment that he stopped being a threat to me, so at that point, I was in no hurry to get rid of either of them, so I was genuinely upset when he replaced out. That wasn’t at all fake.

And I was also in no hurry to lynch m-bt but I thought - considering the deadline - had I continued it much longer, it would have looked suspicious.

Because I knew that she would push Krazy and delay the game but no one agreed to wait, so I really didn’t have much choice.

The point is that all of my emotional reactions were genuine. And I was a total bundle of nerves until m-tb lynch.

While I was scumreading PB in the push, I had no optimism that his flip would solve the game unless it was PB+Gamma or something easy like that. The primary goal, as I said, was actually to have more reliable information about the proposed endgame pairings, who had yet to really have the opportunity to fight against a potential mislynch. I didn't actually need time, at that point, I needed to give Dann, Moment, and TheBrie chances to obvtown. And then having him leave as soon as I voted him--when I had just asked him to stay and let people respond to my push on him--made me feel both humiliated, tilted, and increasingly exhausted. I felt like I had been pushed so hard by so many people for so many stupid reasons, and then to just flat out murder Dr. Worm, who everyone knew was town...

Like, if I'm supposed to townread TheBrie for saying she will leave Moment, and townread Dr. Worm for saying he will suicide to avoid being IC'd, and also somehow figure out that RC was exclusively threatening to leave the dance only to survive to second dance, then at what point am I supposed to turn around and say oh, yeah, Nancy threatening to replace out like a week ago is scummy... we can't have a gamestate where the main metric of townreading is based on suicidal impulses which then must be backpedaled under pressure and still expect town to win

I was so misted I kept reading an emotional undertone in her posts that I didn't think could be faked. I didn't think she would play the entire game through applying emotion and engaging with every single thing in the thread.

That’s because I never fake my emotions ever, so what Auro said in dead thread is false. Every single emotional reaction I had was genuine, that’s why I kept hardtownreading you, it was actually not a pocket, which is why I had no choice not to.. You, like Ank/RC were bleeding town and I knew if I said anything contrary to that, it wouldn’t be believable. As for why I hesitated on m-tb hammer, I actually really did want to wait for moment to weigh in, because I knew he would probably push Krazy, so my hands would be clean but when no one backed me and no one wanted any further discussion, I realized I really couldn’t delay it much longer. It’s also 100% what town!me would have done. Actually town!me would have beeen so paranoid of scum in the town block, I would have probably pushed my Brie tr and yes Fire, if I were town I would have been torn between my Brie gutread and DT anti-survivalist scum WIFOM. I probably would have also hardtownread Dann for Urist IC and I probably would have been convinced on Krazy scum.

Krazy, I had a question to ask you.

You proposed a scum strategy of two scum gentlemen blitzing the day 1. This strategy would leave 3 pairs remaining, one of which contains scum. (Scum expected win rate of 1/3)

RC and co. said in the dead pt that as long as the remaining scum pair is the highest townread pair remaining, scum is advantageous in the resulting 6p, but I'm not so sure. 1/3 EV is rather odds to overcome, and I don't think there is an easy, non-blatant way, to just leave the scum pair alive with two dumb town pairs. I simply don't think that it is a pro-scum move to blitz the first dance when it leaves a 1/3 EV setup with very little control over which of the scum pair gets to remain behind.
