Also fun fact literally not a single mafia got voted out that game, there was just a good commuterizer and a good vig and they teamed up and slowly destroyed us during the night phases

As in, the player who had the second-most votes in the previous phase would be nominated.

If there is no player with second-most votes, I would take into account the player who last had a vote (and then was unvoted).

If there is nothing else, scum decides.
