I think there's like, more than you think. I'd prefer midwaybear over plusjoyed

who is this, honestly
By my count, me, you, 420, and probably plus would all be willing to vote midwaybear at least. Assuming we can get 2 out of 4 remaining votes on here, it's potentially something worth at least discussing.

I see one major problem with this theory.
Well, two of them.
1: I don't scumread midway more than plus
2: Your plan requires people who have made a point of not giving a shit to give a shit.

Well, I suppose if you get exactly the two names there of the 5 that do give a shit, it'd be different.
You'd have to sell Bork and Bell, though.

He's playing here A LOT like he did in the FGO game, where he was town. I thought he was town in that game, but I had a lot of paranoia that if there was a scum player positioned to go long, he was it. I wound up writing an essay about it, and I knew with every point I made that these were things he could do as any alignment, but he just works a little bit harder to get the elims he wants as scum. He came off as less confident about his reads in that game, and that is happening here, too.
Interesting, thanks for clarifying. I think I see why you're like, reasonably sold on town!muffin. You're probably looking at my wall and going like "welp, that was me previous game, he's making the same mistake I was".
To paraphrase from something earlier you said, I think you said "the whole point of meta tells are useful if they are something that the player can't manipulate". So I guess my one concern here is, you don't think this is something that scum!muffin would/is able to manipulate to try and pocket you (or maybe other people in this game familiar with that game)?

He's cast one more vote here than he did in the FGO game, unless I'm misremembering!
I think his day 1 interactions with us are within his scum range, it was more a question of whether his suspicions were reasonable, given his style of scumhunting. I eventually came down on the side of "reasonable". And in rereading day 1 during this day phase I felt like I had really misread and mishandled some of our interactions with you guys.
His interaction with you that really tilted you also looked reasonable and sincere to me.
I had a nightmare flash before my eyes this morning, involving a 3p elo of you, muffin and us.
I'm going to wish that elo out of existence because I really don't want to be there for it.
