I'm glad you liked it. That was part of the uniqueness of the game. Some power roles targeted football players; some targeted mafia players; a very few could target either.

This changed the effectiveness of those roles, because you can find at that Brent Grimes visited Player X and still have no idea who that means or whom Brent Grimes belongs to.

On a game note, I'm not sure how much I like the "Josh Cribbs won't work for X scum member" clause.

It seems like it relies on flavor knowledge a little, and a scum member could really blow their money on it to be severely disapointed. Not LIKELY, but still possible.

Unless there was something in the role PM of that player that warned them about Josh Cribbs...?

There wasn't. But flavor knowledge would suggest that Josh Cribbs absolutely hates Ruxin - and I emphasized flavor knowledge in this game for a reason, and advertised it as having bastard elements. It's important to note that Ruxin was scum. It was a balancing measure. Josh Cribbs would not have worked for Ruxin OR Taco, due to Taco's role, so ONLY if Shiva got Josh Cribbs would scum get extra kills.

It's not something I would do in a "normal" game, but this wasn't a normal game.

However, still, Ruxin or Taco getting Josh Cribbs would still have been good for them because they would be robbing the vig from the town. They just couldn't use it themselves.

Even then I realized Taco was the last scum not sure who it was and if UT were to have fake claimed Rafi I would have been like WHUT. I was thinking about claiming Drew Brees as a Govenor...

The Rafi fakeclaim was SUPPOSED to be a risk. That was part of the fun for me - do they fakeclaim Rafi, or their own roles? Which is more dangerous?

Shiva had a built-in fakeclaim that would have lent credence to LLD's real role, though, and vice versa.

I did watch Season 3 though while this game was going on. And figured out Taco had to be scum with Ruxin
