It was my decision, with advice from the list mod, to attempt to continue the game with minimal disruption. I do not think that the game was corrupted beyond revival; as only one of the players concerned was scum, and they hadn't had an opportunity to post in the QT, there is no possibility of scum-sided gamethrowing, and I don't believe the town was influenced enough by those three slots to significantly affect the outcome of the game.

To be fair coming into one of the scum and one of the 3 multis, i think what happened is that they wanted a town win as soon as possible (hence jumping on Buldermar), not that i am totally sure, and it showed from the fact that no-one deduced it was this that it wasn't beyond revival.

Everyone just should have scum-hunted.

I did deduce that as possible, just with Leon as the scum instead of you. (which I then rejected when Tierce crumbed the inno).

I was only vaguely watching from the outside, so I don't know all the details. But I thought Natural_river was their main account (they'd signed up to other games with it), so that was the one they were trying to win with.

Sorry for dropping out early.

Interesting that PaperSpirit turned up scum -- I cleared him along with everyone else and my reason was that new players are more likely to ask these kind of questions in their handy scumtopic, not in the thread. Guess it was, in fact, a 'likelihood'.

Assuming Buldermar remained just as detrimental to the game later on, I'm surprised he wasn't lynched. Then again, I haven't been following the game, so I don't know if that stance would have changed had I stuck around.

Your slot confirmed him scum and then Decided to lose the game by changing my vote ;/

Not all scum players actually realise they can chat during pregame.

Your impression of me does not reflect that of others or any global truth.

You're making it sound a lot worse than it is. The second scum was going to be a problem even if you lynched the first scum... first.

True, but I had a feeling it was the global impression at the time (when Tierce pushed in that direction, in particular).

I don't.

I was wondering if this will still happen?
